[Resolved] Tata Sky — set top box is in standby mode | |||
Recently when I tried to start my television it didn't worked when I looked at set top box it was in standby mode. I called Tata sky customer care. They told me that it will require a technician visit of charge ₹150. I accepted it told them to send technician as soon as possible . I got a message on 3 may that technician will be here by 6:30 to 7:00 pm but approximately around 3 'o' clock technician called me and asked the problem and when I told him that the set top box is in standby mode he said that we have buy a new one and it will cost ₹550. Now the problem is in only 3 years I have to call technician visit of ₹200 two times and this happened and even if I buy new one that will cost ₹550. I have to recharge it to of ₹250 that makes the total of ₹800 and ₹800 for a month is definitely far expensive that other DTH companies Was this information helpful? | |||
