set top box is in standby mode

Recently when I tried to start my television it didn't worked when I looked at set top box it was in standby mode. I called Tata sky customer care. They told me that it will require a technician visit of charge ₹150. I accepted it told them to send technician as soon as possible . I got a message on 3 may that technician will be here by 6:30 to 7:00 pm but approximately around 3 'o' clock technician called me and asked the problem and when...

    I have recharged my Tatasky online and the money was debited from my account.
    I did the recharge through Google pay.

    The recharge did not happen, and the bill desk says transaction failed and to recharge again.

    Please refund my money or recharge my account.

      I have unfortunately recharged the 3326/- instead of 326/- rupees I want my money refund. I have the proof of sms. Please I want the refund of amount.please work on the complaint as soon as possible. Tata sky shows as recharge done for next year untill March. Please I want refund

        The executives gave me a holiday hungama package as gift.
        They had told me to login to this website www.holidaywithqaspl.com
        Through my subscriber id..
        But am unable to login with error as invalid code
        I am struggling from last four days. Tata sky executives are cheating public by saying wrong information which is against the fact for selling their product
        Executives not responding nor receiving calls.. Please help.

            I want to change my registered mobile number of tatasky but i am not able to do so as i have forgotten my current registered mobile number and their website tatasky.com is also of no use as the are not able to help me resolve my problem. The helpline number of tatasky is also not available all the time and not even helpful. So please help me to change my registered moblie number.

                I have requested it many times to local vendor but he just keeps saying will come tomorrow and doesnt come at all.
                I am unable to cancel the binge subscription online.
                None of the numbers provided for up west work.
                Fees for binge is unnecessarily getting cut from my account and it feels like harassment.
                Kindly cancel my binge subscription and if possible refund me money cut for my binge connection.

                    Our tatsky pack was modified without our consent.

                    First it started with the service on 23rd april 2020. Where we there was no signal and we have registered a complaint with customer service. Customer service clearly said that there will not be any charges for sevice as it is free as per company rule.

                    Later the service agency called and said that since this is lockdown period the service agency informed that there is no technician and we are sending the technician from out side which is a paid service.

                    I thought the charges would be some 100rs or 150rs, but latter after the sevice technician visited for service he was demanding me 500rs. This was bought to the knowledge of the the customer service and registered the complained.

                    Latter on 25th april 2020 i suddenly got a message that the packs are modified and my monthly subscription charges are some 5000rs aprox. Actually my subscription charges are just 650rs approx. This modification was done without our consent.

                    This is purely a security breach of my account and i have registered the complain in customer service again on the same issue. But the customer service didn’t take any action on the culprit. The service dealers are doing this kind of misbehaving with the customers and i am really surprised that tata sky is having such big security issues.

                          The hd set top box keeps on restarting every few minutes. It's frustrating and annoying. I am paying money for not being able to view the tv. I have complaint to tata sky customer care multiple times. But haven't got it resolved. Few years back the set top box stopped working suddenly. They replaced the set top box. I want to believe that this particular hd box has some manufacturing defect. Hence creating problem. I had the normal set top box earlier or more than 8 years. But it never gave me any problem.

                              I get asianet news channel, especially the 1 pm news with broken images and audios on and off. Occasionally, the screen suddenly becomes black and then the channel is displayed again with broken images and audios. I am unable to listen to the news due to this problem.
                              I contacted the toll free number and a person answered the call after some transfers of lines and waiting for about 10 minutes. I cleaned the terminals of set box connections and reconnected them as per his advice. Still the problem continues. I have this problem with a few other channels also but not all channels.
                              I request tatasky to solve my problem at the earliest.

                                I had requested for the reinstallation post shifting to my new house. The representative came n ďint even complete the job. I have been contacting repeatedly on his given cell number but he has not bothered to return my call yet. Really fed up chasing him. Pls help me fix my concern asap.

                                I request the tata sky customer care team to be more responsible in attenting the customers requests. First if all, it's too tedious to place a request later, it gets more tedious when unorganised representatives come and behave weird and leabd the job half way.

                                Kindly serve my request at the earliest before this matter goes fof a next level of escalation.
