set top box restarting every few minutes

The hd set top box keeps on restarting every few minutes. It's frustrating and annoying. I am paying money for not being able to view the tv. I have complaint to tata sky customer care multiple times. But haven't got it resolved. Few years back the set top box stopped working suddenly. They replaced the set top box. I get asianet news channel, especially the 1 pm news with broken images and audios on and off. Occasionally, the screen suddenly becomes black and then the channel is displayed again with broken images and audios. I am unable to listen to the news due to this problem.

re installation of my tata sky connection is pending

I had taken new connection of tata sky..
The executives gave me a holiday hungama package as gift.
They had told me to login to this website www.holidaywithqaspl.com
Through my subscriber id..
But am unable to login with error as invalid code
I am struggling from last 20 days. Tata sky executives are cheating public by saying wrong information which is against the fact for selling their product

I used tatasky dth. I tried to register in tatasky app but it always failed. I complaint about this problem more than 6 months to shop owner, service man but no response. Finally they told rmn is wrongly registered. That is not my fault because i used my mobile number more than 15 years also a fancy number. Shop owner says he will try. taking additional charges for free channels

As our network is tatasky. There have mentioned as "130 free channels" but they are making charges for those free channels and also the free channels are not usefull as per the user required. If this payment must be done. Why do they say it as free channels? Can you plz solve this problem.
As i called customer care to known about the free channels but they said it is much as per government. If it must why do they mention as free channels?...

wrong payment transfer issue

My wife had transferred rs.7500/- on 5th february 2020 to tata sky account instead of transferring it to somebody else by mistake in google pay app.

I called up its call center and informed the same and i received call back from them stating that the amount is not credited to my account and assured they will look into it. Later again i got the call from them stating the amount is traced and assured i'll be getting the refund...
