respected sir, we got tata sky DTH connection at home we bought from madurai rajamani electronicsour ID ia [protected] we are having the connection more than two years six months back we have experienced that our set top box doesnt work good the line power from the dish to the set top box goes off very often so we are not able to watch any tv programs continously when we do the complaint six month back a person came to our home and changed the set top box, but this time it works worser than the previous one so we called that person again but he refused to come and whenever a person comes to attend a complaint they used to collect money from us for attending. now also we have problem that set top box doesnt work properly and we complained nobody attented.kindly do the need ful to see un innterupted tv programs thank u m.jayaperumal Was this information helpful? You must also try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and fix your set top box asap.
