Tata Sky — Set top box Restarting frequently and not resolved the problem by Tata Sky.

My Self Sanjiv Patil, Using Tata Sky (ID # [protected])Since Last 6 years, Earlier I was using Old set top box (Silver color) for 4 years without having any problem . But after 4 years they changed by their own the new set top box (Black color)and the set top box was having the problem of restarting during the program watching, I have raised the complaint so many times attend their technician, charges paid by me but not resolved the problem, Again I have tried for another set top box of my friend which is having same problem, So I am telling again and again it is manufacturing defect in the box and need to be change by new one without any charges so please change the box by new one otherwise I will go for another company DTH .
