My name is ravi iyer, residing in f8 / 106 michigan, panvelkar green city, ambernath, mumbai 421 501.


My compliant is about the tata sky service is not available for past 4 days.

Oral compliant was given on[protected] but the problem persisting, the residents of michigan building at green city unable to watch the tv programmer for past 4 days.

Please take necessary action to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    Hello ! My subscriber Id is [protected] . I opted for supreme sports kid pack & not opted for English movies pack with that this time. I paid Rs. 4000 as a recharge amount on 11/07/2015 at Jain Brothers Store at Vartak Nagar, Thane (w) - 400606 . I had interaction with your tata sky representative on[protected] number about my recharge and packages opted. I have paid the yearly charges . But on my register mobile the account details provided via sms through tata sky differs everytime.So I am not getting exact idea of my account. As per my recharge my next due date is in July 2016. Please take the appropriate step and give me proper account as per my opted packs. Thank you

      I have subscribed active fun learn for my kid on 19th March for 6 months. Now my son has gone to the hostel for his studies due to which I don't need active fun learn. A month has passed to tata sky helpline no.s I've asked to remove the fun learn pack. But whenever I call them either they cut the phone or hang me up for lot of time and sometimes they say sir it would be done. Over the time I wait it results in deduction of money from my tata sky account balance. Kindly look into the matter and take a serious action.

          So far six persons have called by and asked for the details / reasons in the matter telling that in 24 hours action will be taken on my request.

          But still they have not taken any action.

              I have shifted to a new location in mumbai but the tata sky has not been installed. on giving a request to the company, they replied that they cannot install it as there is no signal in that area but while selling they had told that there will be signal at all the places where there will be mobile network and there is strong mobile network in the area. Moreover different companies have installed their set box in the adjoining areas. My subscriber id is [protected].
              Try contacting Tata Sky customer service support team. They are quiet prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their Toll Free Number at[protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will help you out with the installation.

                  Customer Name- Mr.Bhasker Basu Customer ID-[protected] contact nos-[protected]/ [protected] Add. 77-C West Arjun Nagar Agra-282001 WO K46MCP4 We have a pemium connection with TATA Sky Dth services along with 2 add on connections. On 14th Sept 2015. I lodged a complaint with their helpline stating that the image from one add-on TV was disappearing while sound remained.Promptly they sent their service person who after fiddling around went upstairs and came back with the L&B from the dish, reason the unit was defective.Despite that the problem persisted.When I questioned him, he just shifted the port from HDMI 1 to 3 and said the problem was resolved so I asked him why did he change the part . He left in a hurry.On 17-9-'15 I recd a msg on my mobile saying 320/-will be deducted from our prepaid annual sum. Since that day I have failed to make TATA Sky CC people understand that why am I being forced to pay for a product that did not require changing. My problem remains unresolved and they call me any time in waking hours and waste my time. My request is that this fraudulent charges should be reversed which they say cannot be done. As a customer I am being cheated in broad daylight by TATA SKY. Kindly solve this problem and reverse the false charges

                    Sir, My tata sky was not receiving any signal and i made a request for repair of the same on 18 Sep 2015, WO numberK6QALPL, The engineer visited the site at 1920hrs, but could not repair the problem as it related to the antenna unit, he also detached the antenna outdoor unit on the roof. Being late at night, he was not able to rectify the fault and requested if it could be done the next day ie 19 sep 15. On 19 Sep 15 the engineer did not come to rectify the fault in spite of being contacted. on calling up the help line i was told that the complaint has been closed and i have been charged Rs 170 for the same. I was also asked to make a new request for the same unfinished task, which was done Wo numberK7VO036. the repair has not been completed for the last 48 hrs

                          Dear sir/Madam, My self Sandeep Patil and my subscriber ID is [protected], My tatasky set top box having some problem on 11Aug. 2015, I make a complaint and my complaint is resolved on 12 the August. My set top box is replaced by another and charged 520 Rs from my account on 13th August 2015.The technician tell me that one month warranty is applicable for replaced set top box. Now on 16th september 2015, that is after 33 days of new set top box, the power supply of my set top box is not working. I filed another complaint and complaint is resolved in next day but I have to pay 520 Rs. more on 16th Spetember 2015. Since for two continues month i.e August and september I have to pay 520 Rs. It is not possible for me to pay 520 Rs per month if such condition arise. Miss Puja from Hyderabad call me and without considering my problem, she said that she couldn't do any thing for you. I am a regular customer of Tata sky from last 6 years, If such non satisfactory answer is given by your service provider then it is very difficult for me to continue Tata Sky service. Therefore, It is my humble request you to kindly consider my set top box in warranty period ( since 3 days more) and refund me the charged amount.                               I was not able to find my subscriber ID on my screen by pressing yellow button so i called the service center to find my ID so that i can recharge it . the executive gave me the ID and i recharged it . Later on when i was not able to see any message on my screen i again called the service center they told me that the ID for which i recharged was a pending ID and that was not the actual ID where i was supposed to recharge my account and both the ids were on my name i don't understand how can they keep an ID activated on my number without even letting me know that too a wrong ID which is not working . i requested them to transfer the amount to my correct ID. they took the request and the amount has not been transferred to my correct ID yet neither i got any refund in my bank account. please help me to get of this issue my due date for correct id is 24 September which is quiet near please help me . total amount of recharge was rs 2700.

                                  A customer care agent named Sujit calls me up and says HBO premium for the first months is rs 2 and from next month onwards is rs 7, the same rates for Star world premiere, and topper channels ...On disconnecting the call I get a message that rs 20 for each of these 4 channels is being charged for the first month and rs 60 for each from the next month onwards ...Is this the kind of business you want to do ? ...with your company name being associated with one of the most respectable citizens of the country ...I won't be surprised if you guys are not even recording the calls in case an audit or a consumer case is registered ...the consumer complaint section is invisible on your website ...I don't expect any action from your side ...the only objective of posting this is to make other consumers aware of your business practices so that they also don't fall prey to this ...Subscriber ID [protected]

                                      Our tata sky setup box is not working properly .We called many times at helpine number. Thats true they have send the serviceman at our home but as his profession is to solve the problem the service man itself dont know what the problem is. Since we are calling At Tata Sky helpline number to please send some responsible serviceman who can solve this but they are so irresponsible they have not send any of their man . We are having this problem from last one week. Frankly speaking their serviceman dont know what the problem is.
