Regarding refund of Rs 520

Dear sir/Madam, My self Sandeep Patil and my subscriber ID is [protected], My tatasky set top box having some problem on 11Aug. 2015, I make a complaint and my complaint is resolved on 12 the August. Firstly gave me wrong subscriber id and then not even transfering amount to correct id

I was not able to find my subscriber ID on my screen by pressing yellow button so i called the service center to find my ID so that i can recharge it . the executive gave me the ID and i recharged it . Cheating consumers by providing wrong information

Worst Service ever since by Tata Sky
