[Resolved] Tata Sky — set top box restarts every 1 minute | |||||
Set top box doesn't work properly. It restarts every few seconds. And randomly switches off creating a very big nuisance. We reported the same and the agent came down and directly asked for bribe. He also took inr 100 from my mother and didn't pay to the customer. My customer id is — [protected]. Tata brand is huge and this particular wing of tata sky is so very bad. This is still unresolved, pathetic customer service. Representative called me few times yesterday but never showed up. It is still causing interruptions to service
