I m having tata sky dth at my home. i placed report that when ever its windy or cloudy my tata sky doesnt work after storm and i always have to call for technician. same I did on 4 th june 2021 and technician visited my place on 5th of june 2021 and my issue was resolved. same happened on 2 july and i reported on 5 th of july and when i talked to customer care, he said that technician charges were deducted on 4 th of june and on same day my complaint was resolved and they will not provide free technician visit. but as per as there policy they gave 1 month wrantty of any such issue accured but now they are not on there words. daily they have new words to say .i want free tecnician visit.
