Tata Sky — Signal problems

My Tata Sky (No [protected] with two set-top boxes) has recently relocated at the new address. There has been problems with the signal reception since relocation. After complaints with the customer care, one technician was sent, but the problem persists. I have spoken to the Customer Care nearly a dozen times, but to no avail. Now after about a week or so, they say, the visit by the technician will be charged (Rs 170/-). Please tell me, why should I pay for the problem which Tata Sky has failed to rectify? I am really annoyed with the services who have repeatedly failed to correct the signal strength and are also asking for money now. The problem persists in English movie and news channels with interrupted/distorted picture and sound. Should I now, after 7 year o[censored]se, throw these Tata Sky set-top boxes and subscribe for other and better services available?

Subscriber ID - [protected] registered mobile no is [protected]. I am not able to view my HD channels and few regional channels. I called coustmer care number many times but they never respond .They used to keep me on hold for more than half an hour. Please take required action immediately otherwise i will disconnect the connection or will complaint at consumer court.
