My ID is [protected], a request was placed at call centre that all english channels cannot be viewed, on 2nd Jan 15 a technician came to my place and went to terrace to rectify the problem, he was communicating on cell phone to check if there was a improvement in our signal, when my wife replied no Change, he responded that this was not our dish and again called up to check if there was a improvement, which was confirmed, after signing off the paper he left saying the Rs 170/- charges shall be deducted from account, while attending to our dish he first handled the adjacent <neighbour 's > dish, and it was found in the evening that neighbours TV was not working, a compiant was registered at call centre on 3rd Jan 15 for unethicial practise of this technician -he was aware that he has handled some other dish but never had the courtesy to feedback and check, so on 3rd Jan I have again called call centre to help fix neibhours probblem, a new technician came and attended, while he asked me to acknowledge the form that complaint was attended, i have signed it by adding Remarks, however since I did not pay him, while leaving out of door, i saw him scriblling back on the same form again that he added some content in the form, I protested that he should first complete the form by himself with his observations and later ask us to acknowledge and sign, I am attaching the copy which I clicked on cell phone, I did register a complaint on call centre however response was not encouraging, hope this shall be attended.
