[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Subscribed channels not showing

I have subscribed to dhamaal mix pack since may 2015 for one year upto may 2016. But since 4 days i am unable to view hindi movies pack which was part of dhamaal mix pack. My customer id no. Is [protected]. Tata sky customer care is only trying to resolve this problem by saying that please clean your digicard and all that. But m question is : if digicard is having problem then how other channels are showing. I mean all channels other than hindi movies are showing on my subscription. I want to complaint about tata sky for this issue. This problem is not resolved since 4 days.

Since last 1 week I'm not albe to access the subscribed channels and also some free channels on Tata sky please resolve the issue soon

Hi, that's not how it should have been. Kindly share your RMN/Subscriber ID so we can assist you better.
We are the unable to view particular channel though we have recharged and some channels are added individually paying money. If we complaint they are saying technical assistant reach our home and we have to pay them.

If there is a issue in signal why we should pay for them. If set of box issue means we should not get any channels.

We are already pay 150rs subscription charges every month. If any issue also naa we should pay. Horrible service. Money minded people.
Please change ur DTH from Tatasky

Tata sky subscribed channels are not working...only 4-5 channels I can see out of all my PKG...I raised it already to Tata sky customer care but they denied that and said issue is not from their side...and asking for additional charge to visit ...this is pending from last week no positive response from service provider.
I have subscribed for marathi channels but still can't view few channels including 1204 Zee marathi which we watch daily. It's showing no signal. Check the weather.After calling customer care they are saying technician needs to be called for which I need to pay. I have already subscribed so why should I pay? It's ur company s problem. So you should resolve it without any charges.
