Very bad service from tata sky.I have complained to change LNB into super LNB.After involvement of the most senior officers they failed.

I have the same problem and the technician is saying the same thing that if you replace through tata sky, you will have to pay 2k, however I can personally do it for ₹1000. Please suggest what to do. The current LNB is working just fine and I should not pay for the new LNB

I am unable to watch many channels for which I am already paying money, because of TAta Sky’s problem. This is clear scheme to take extra money from consumers.

On 31st two persons came for new connection.my requirement to tatasky custormer was super lmb for 2 connection (one for hall and 2nd for bed).the two persons who came for connection took 3660 rs stating we have put super lmb.after a week i was not able to view any one frm the two tvs.i complained regarding and technician was send on 11th july he went at terrace and told the previous who visited on 31st did froud as no superlmb was installed but the single camera is local not original .frm that day i am calling and putting complain but no use.now my latest complain no is 2c9qnfqn.i have that froud person number and there photo i tried reaching him but he first blocked my number but he came today 5th September but did nothing and gave us bad words as we raised voiced to do the needful. I told him if he can't install super lmb then to return my money .he stared raising his voice and ststing will not do .i took his bag frm him and told that he will get his bag only when he get superlmb.he said i will not live u, u will soon see the circumstance. Pls help me out.need to talk to higher atority regarding this matter.pls ...this technician is very bad .
