[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Tata Sky Balance deducted but recharge failed

I had tried to recharge my Tata Sky account on 11 April 2017. The transaction went unsuccessful though amount was deducted from my bank account. Here are the details,

Tata Sky transaction Id: TC[protected]
Bank Transaction Id: [protected]
Reason for Failure: TPPGE126
Amount :Rs 1500

Please refund my amount ASAP.

I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. Incase of payment failure payment gateways usually reimburse the amount after 4 working days. If still the amount has not been credited then they will help you out.
I had tried to recharge my tata sky account (subscriber id [protected]) i have attached image related to the purchase. Purchase was successfull but amount is not reflected in my tata sky account

I tried twice, to recharge but it was unsuccessful both the time. But the amount was debited. Kindly refund the amount ASAP. And why is it so happening? How should I recharge to make it successful.

Yesterday, I tried to recharge through tatasky app and made the payment via freecharge for 200 rupees. Amount is debited from my freecharge wallet, and it shows the transaction as successful in the freecharge app. However the amount is not reflecting in Tatasky app. Subscriber ID: [protected]

I tried tata sky dth recharge through google pay, but suddenly my transaction failed, says please kindly recharge your set up box, i recharged 294 rs monthly pack, my money debited from my account but still recharge is not reflected, please solve my problem

I recharged tata play dth through amazon pay with the amount of 3036.00
Amount got debited from bank and transaction. Was succesful from amazon pay. But still tata play shows Transaction Failed.
Please refund it as soon as possible
