I have taken new connection. dealer said free installation, but now technician asked me 400 rupees for installation. he asked me 400 rupees as cash and he don"t gave me the receipt for 400 rupees.i call the tata sky helpline no. the told me there is no extra charges for installation.but technician asked me extra money.please solve this matter as soon as possible.

    My TATASKY subscriber fee is today today & I have been trying to reach the helpline for the past 4 days & none of the numbers are operational. I tried clicking on call back online & it got stuck on enter 'Sub type' .. the drop down was not working & so I cld not complete that. It was not accepting SUBMIT due to that. TATASKY will promptly stop my connection for non payment but how about penalising them for non working online system & telephone lines??? Thank you.

      I was complaining about my tata sky connection to customer care that my tata sky is not working properly the picture is disturbing and i am not able to watch the tv properly so they lock my complaint and send the technician at my home on[protected] the technician resolve the problem and demand for amount as a service charge but my tata sky not complete 1 year validity and customer care told me that if my tata sky is under validity for 1 year then i have not give any amount to technician so i have not give any money to technician as customer care said, but next day on[protected] my tata sky account was deducted for 200 rs and my balance show 100 rupees in negative figure. now i am very scared for tata sky behaviour as they deduct unwanted amount.
      i think that all the staff of tata sky is fraud and the comapny is alsofraudd
      if my payment is refund back in my account immediately then i am continuing with tata sky but if not then i am deactivated all the service of tata sky and go with other service as airtel videocon or any other.

      I paid for new connection on 9th April.iam staying at mahaboobnagar.untill now I didn't get any call back from installation agents.the sales executive promised that within 2 hrs I would be arranged a call back from installation guys.i want my money or else I will sue in the court for negligence and cheating customers by fake promises

        I requested tata sky to stop my service for 90 days as per their Holiday stopper facility, Then the person whom i spoke yesterday he was saying that we can't stop your service before june, because you have already used in june 2016, However they don't have any circle of month or year for the facility to schedule as holiday stopper. Even the senior person was saying we can't do this because since you have not completed 365 days from last stopper date. My TV is not working that's why i won't use it so i want to stop my service.
        Logically, If i am not using their service so they don't need to fetch my pack data. they have to stop it.

            Tata sky change my package without inform me and then i call to call centre no one provode me suitable answer regarding this and mr narendra your call centre representative said " ye to aisa hi hoga apko jo karna hai kr lo" then dropy call without provide any satisfactory answer.
            I observe Very pathetic service of tata sky - not satisfactory customer care and this company change my package anytime without my knowledge.

              I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and service your request immediately.

                You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I tweeted regarding this complaint and tata sky immediately responded to my tweet. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. The customer service team instantly gave a callback and my account was activated. I suggest you too should provide your subscriber ID either here or tweet regarding your issue with this complaint link. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.

                  Dear sir,

                  I have recharged the tata sky digit setup by 1900rs on 10th April 2017 but got some error during payment process but 1900 amount got deducted from my account for the instant alter message at the same time raised complaint to tatasky but got know from tata sky that not received.
                  I have raised the request to my ICICI BANK CUSTOMER service and got know that transaction was successful and they got confirmation from the merchant( tata sky) for receive of amount. Hence request you to do the needful at earliest. Provide your manager e mail IDso that I can forward the mail received from ICICI BANK.

                    Requested for relocation of Tata sky but nobody is responded since last 25hrs. Whether you are giving services to the customer or withdrawn.
                    I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that Tata Sky's support team can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and expedite relocation request.

                      I have taken Tata sky connection on[protected], I am having bad experience of Tata Sky DTH

                      Before installation I was categorically told that viewing of all the channels for one month are totally free, but when it was installed and payment was made only Dhamal mix pack was activated.

                      You advertise for free trial pack and thereafter without my knowledge the class room pack was continued, I was getting message that subscription is expiring on[protected], on inquiry I was informed that charges on account of class room pack were also deducted. I do not want class room channel for which I have already communicated to your official whom I contacted to know reason for re-charge

                      I was informed that in case do not want to subscribe for other channels I can subscribe only for Base pack.

                      Now when I paid the subscription for base pack i.e. Rs. 99/- I am being informed that I will have to take ad on pack also. I am very sorry about the misrepresentation by you staff, who convinced me for installation of Tata Sky DTH.

                      I am not interested in viewing other channels, just to continue the connection I have got recharged.

                      Please let know in case I do not go for ad on pack for how many days this subscription will continue, as per sms from you my balance is Rs. 110/- but when I checked my balance On TV it was showing Rs. 97/- how come there is difference of Rs. 13/-.

                      I hope I not being fooled by Tata Sky . It is requested to activate only base pack for this month.

                        I recharged on 25 th Jan. Couldn't get any service. The signals not received. Complained on helpline number many times but to no use. Didn't recharge again in Feb out of frustration. Fed up of consistent calls of their person to recharge and assurance of services, recharged again on April 2nd but after a day same problem. They kept me waiting for hours on IVRS to lodge a complain. Then came to know about online complain registration. For last 3 days complained online many times but no use; neither any one turned up nor problem resolved. TV s blank no signals

                            We have been subscribers of TataSky since years. We regularly go for the highest annual package plan.
                            Since we are going on vacations for about 1/2 Months, & there is absoltely any one to watch DTH /TV, we recharge it with a Monthly subscribtion of Rs.285?- as advised by the local TataSky dealer .
                            but alsotry to speak to Tatasky toll fre lines. But no response. They are mercilessly deducting charges as per their sweet will & pleasure. Thre is no proper system to record customer's complain. we are fed up. My coustmer ID is[protected] .
                            the customer care executive doesn't listen to our issues, only insisting for annual packages. please help.

                              I made a recharge of Rs 1360 on 24th feb 2017 through paytm.this package validity was for 6 months..so logically the package should be from 24th feb to 24th august. But on 14 april 2017 services were stopped they blocked all the channels. When i called in to customer service the guy said that the your due date is 27th june 2017. When i took that package for 6 months den why dere is cutshot of 2 months. He said because the package has been upgraded to Rs285 a month..but this is without my consent. They said there is no package available for 6 months for rs 1360 in the entire history.. i have attached the screenshot for the package which i have taken..den the call was transferd to some supervisor her name was pooja..she also kept on saying the same thing..

                                well know that unless and until they start, no services are resumed and
                                people cannot watch TV or in other words services remain to be closed
                                and that was done twice in my case and that is the reason I request them

                                    On 10 April 2017 Tata Sky technicians were attending to a complaint related to connectivity of the 6th floor tenants cable TV connection.
                                    The technicians decided to install an external cable from the junction box that by passed the cable trays, out of the window in the stairway, directly to the 6th floor apartment from the exterior of the building, instead o[censored]tilizing the internal concealed cable duct that the Builder has provided.
                                    This external cable is in contravention of the building society procedure and thus a violation of proper wiring practices.
                                    Tata Sky technicians who practice and deploy shortcuts to suit individual needs and compromise the facade of the building with cables hanging off the exterior, should be trained to ensure that they adhere to industry standards.

                                      My name k krishna prasad mob. no.[protected], from nuzvid, tata sky new connection installed on 13.04.2017, sd plan paid rs.1800/- but not activated till now. not respond for activation technician ramesh ([protected]) and operator nagaraju ([protected]) set top box no.[protected], digi card no.[protected], so please accept my complaint against to them.

                                      You can try other sources of contacting Tata Sky to ensure your work gets done. You can address your complaint to tata sky’s official handle @tatasky. They will arrange for a callback and assist you accordingly or you can contact Tata Sky customer service. They are quite prompt in their reply and will help you out. It is more effective way of getting your work done. You can write to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into your matter and activate your connection immediately.
