I have taken Tata sky connection on[protected], I am having bad experience of Tata Sky DTH
Before installation I was categorically told that viewing of all the channels for one month are totally free, but when it was installed and payment was made only Dhamal mix pack was activated.
You advertise for free trial pack and thereafter without my knowledge the class room pack was continued, I was getting message that subscription is expiring on[protected], on inquiry I was informed that charges on account of class room pack were also deducted. I do not want class room channel for which I have already communicated to your official whom I contacted to know reason for re-charge
I was informed that in case do not want to subscribe for other channels I can subscribe only for Base pack.
Now when I paid the subscription for base pack i.e. Rs. 99/- I am being informed that I will have to take ad on pack also. I am very sorry about the misrepresentation by you staff, who convinced me for installation of Tata Sky DTH.
I am not interested in viewing other channels, just to continue the connection I have got recharged.
Please let know in case I do not go for ad on pack for how many days this subscription will continue, as per sms from you my balance is Rs. 110/- but when I checked my balance On TV it was showing Rs. 97/- how come there is difference of Rs. 13/-.
I hope I not being fooled by Tata Sky . It is requested to activate only base pack for this month.
