well know that unless and until they start, no services are resumed and
people cannot watch TV or in other words services remain to be closed
and that was done twice in my case and that is the reason I request them
to extend my services for further 2 months wef 20/04/2017....

Tata Sky Balance deducted but recharge failed

Unethical behavior and bad wiring practices

On 10 April 2017 Tata Sky technicians were attending to a complaint related to connectivity of the 6th floor tenants cable TV connection.
The technicians decided to install an external cable from the junction box that by passed the cable trays, out of the window in the stairway, directly to the 6th floor apartment from the exterior of the building, instead o[censored]tilizing the internal concealed cable duct that the Builder has provided....

Several agents have disconnected our calls without any resolution at last we decided to close the subscription. My Tata Sky ID is [protected], earlier the recharge amount was 560 now it is showing above 700. It was our experience that without any prior request they are keep changing the monthly plan and automatically the amount is getting deducted from the balance.
