[Resolved]  Tata Sky — tata sky box stuck on standby mode

When i on my tata sky, it works fine after few minutes it said not receiving signal. Then i restarted
Setup box now green light only glowing (Standby light) remote doesn't response and nothing is shown on tv. I checked all wires but it won't work.

After many hours of switch on tv it works... Again it start from above step.
But today it stop working completely. I call customer care they doesn't respond correctly they said something they know.

Okay, We called by own to tata sky custom care and find no solution. We take box to some private (not tatasky service center) seller store and they check it and said us box will no more going to work so change new box.
And in same shop he offers SD box for 300rs but it is like 2nd hand with someone's name. If need own id, then he offer HD box for 1200rs with 6 month recharge.
Again we called tatasky customer care and request for new box . The one who speak on phone said 350rs for SD box is enough our service man will reach you shortly. Likewise he came but has no box. He connect all wire to TV amd said us mistake is in your TV not in box😂😂😂 then we said what that seller said and he accepted box has failed.
But he said box is 350 and service is 200(for TV repairing complaint service 😂😂) totally he demand 550. Orelse he ask 1100rs for HD box with no recharge offer. We said about that 1200rs offer. Then he said we too give that price with 6 month recharge offer.
So funny customer service.

We have one working box in home but no digi card. So we put our repaired box digi card in old step box. It shows not pairing with digi card. We asked customer care for making it pair. She Said that is impossible so you need to buy new one.
Then I watch video on YouTube, there one man pair mismatched setup box and digi card together through msale app. But in customer care they said impossible.
