So i start getting a digicard "error 01" on my set top box.. I call customer care and tell them about it.. And they promptly send an engineer to solve the issue.. He says the digicard has gone bad and i need to buy a new one from him.. I buy a new digicard and rs.300 is debited from my account..
Within 2 hours the new digicard also shows "error 01".. So i call customer care again.. The engineer comes the next day and says there's a problem with the set top box and it will need to be replaced.. The cost will be rs.700..

So, to begin with, there was no problem with the digicard.. The problem all along was with the set top box.. But tata sky made me replace a digicard and now they say that i need to replace my stb as well.. So basically i needed to spend rs.700.. And instead i have to spend rs.1000 to fix my issue..

    I have ordered for a tata sky package on 21.09.2020, and booked a slot between 9am to 12pm of 22.09.2020. My subscriber id is [protected]. Today ar about 11:30am a technician told my by phone, that, within one hour the system will be installed. His mobile no. Is [protected]. But, till now, none have come to my doorstep.

            Really frustrating and disappointed customer service. Actually it’s the worst customer service. Every time a representative calls me i have to explain everything from the beginning, why can’t he just go through my emails before calling me? You guys call at anything of the day. Be it 11:00 am, 2:00 pm, 6:00 pm, what do you think, i am free whole day to just attend your stupidity calls and describe the whole issue every time i get a call. Don’t you think you guys are intruding into my time by calling any time without even thinking once. After going through even all these no one is even providing a resolution. Really pathetic customer service. You don’t even listen to the customers complaints and issues solving them is way to far. I asked for a supervisor, the guy refused to transfer to supervisor. He told that i would receive a call back. I asked him to do that before 2:00 p. M. (Of 16th). No supervisor has contacted me nor has my issue been resolved. I have been complaining since 7th. Now even the nodal officer is making excuses since past 2 days. Also when i call the nodal officer it gets connected to customer service. It’s been 21 days. I don’t know what you all are doing. Just cheating on customers and wasting their money and time.

            I’m unable to view channels on “My Tatasky” app. It’s showing this error. I was able to view the channels before 7th of September. I called customer service twice. None were helpful. Kindly resolve this issues. I have already paid 250 and still can’t view those channels. It's showing the error that " You have not subscribed to this channel.".

                  Respected sir/madam,

                  This is to file complain against tata sky dth service provider, my consumer number is [protected]. I was paying rs 153/= basic monthly charges & rs 249/= for binge services. On 10th september 2020 from customer care, i came to know that from 13th august they have changed my plan to rs 153/= + rs 299/= without informing me. Immediately i cancelled binge services on customer care with reference number w0#1-2co9m22g. After three days i received message that my request is cancelled & they have activated rs 249/= plan without asking me. Next day again i requested on customer care number & cancelled my binge services & on same day they took away their fire stick. Thus 31 days they have deducted excess amount from my account. On complaining, they refused to refund. While complaining to nodal officer ahmedabad gujarat, not got any response.

                  Hence this is to request you do needful in getting rs 53/= refund from them, please don't look on amount, as it's too low, the thing is that i am being cheated & treated as slave. How they can change my monthly plan without my consent twice???

                    Today my account was deactivated. it was reinstalled on 15th, more than 4 days no proper network received. sending lot of mails and complaints but no response. last time your technical personnel came and reinstalled one year back october 2019 with cable, and charged rs. 300/- this time 15th sep, again your technical personnel came and not able to provide extra cable and installed with damaged cable and no network also coming after he went, but he charged rs. 300/- i have another dth also, they are providing extra cabe without any cost. and second thing i have balance amount to watch tv till 21st sep but unfortunately, this helpless services deactivated my account by today 18th without any information. i will ready to pay rs. 300 for installation but the service should be clear and cable to be provided. this is the very worst service in tatasky in my life. i will never recommend this service to anyone hereafter. Whenever i switched on tv it says no service available.

                        I recharged of4140 for 1 year and my starting package was 350/- rs per month but company changed my package without my permission to 1150/- per month, they added too many nonsense channels in my package, so lot of money deducted from my tatasky account which I was not payable.
                        I complaint in tatasky but they said we will not give any money to you and they are telling lie that you changed your package threw your agent and they was making some nonsense things.

                            I am using servie since last moer than 5 years and till the time i was using original set of box there was no any issues but last year i change my set of box and since after the after every one month my box is not working ... times without number i complaint but no resolution.. i have finally decided to discontinue this services, i wil escalate this o n social media..
                            worst service and pathetic services since last 1 year and customer service team is asking to change set of box for that he will charge 300+ 150 visit charges

                              Since 6 days i been contacting to tata sky customer care services but none had been responding properly. Regarding my tata sky recharge amount. Recently i had a got an 2nd connection of my tata sky in the same premises from tata sky stating that they are providing me 1 month free for 2 nd connection. But within 10 days they had increased my amount doubled of my recharge amount. I had asked explanation from tata sky customer services team. But still now none are responding properly since 6 days daily twice i have to call them and wait for there in proper behavior. On 08/09/2020 i had got a call from tata sky customer care services saying that i had been added 4 to 5 channels on 08/09/2020 that the reason my recharge was increased it seems. Were i had given complaint on 06/09/2020 and customer care person said that it was added from my mobile no are they hacking my mobile no or my subscriber id

                                I am mritunjay prasad and not able to view any channels from 1st of sept. Weather is clear, no rains, all wire is correctly connected to the center box and tv. Once you call the toll free no. They prolonged the call with unnecessary questions, then they become technician and start guiding us with the instruction what to do and what not to do and finally they end up saying we need to send technician @ the cost of 150 rupees. They always say tech. Will visit in next 24 hours. But in my case its already a 72 hours. Looking at the quality of service (Very very poor) customer service (-0)
                                Charges according to channels provided (Very high) interest to solve the customer problem (0) after having a experience like this you all are forcing me to shift to other service provider.

                                    I am mritunjay prasad and my customer id is -[protected].
                                    1) on 5th i had complaint about overcharging after lodging the complaint on 8th late evening they credited overcharged amount and same night after taking a happy code by calling me and probably closing the case at 11:30 pm they deactivated my a/c again. 2) every time we call the cutomer care no unnecesary they prolonged the talk by asking your name, customer id, address, phone no. So i believe all this deta is with the company already while booking /connectionof the tata sky. And we have to bare the calling cost which i paid 187rupees already only for calling tata sky since 1st of sept.
                                    3) the day service is not provided by tata sky still daily charges has been debited from the a/c. 4) every time you call your cutomer care the first thing they say is we need to send the tech. And it will be charged so it means if your network is not working and for your mistake we have to pay and how many times we have to pay? For your fault / netwrk failure etc.5) on basis of my last complaint and last service provided by the technician aamir calling me and asking me why i have to complaint. On top of that he "s advising me what to complaint. Because of my complaint he is saying that he has lost the job. Does your company allow your field worker to call the customer directly for their personnel problems or for companies decision? 6) does your company has any s. O. P. Or chain of command or any herracki? This is strictly not acceptable at all. 7) your front line rep. Hasitate to raise the complaint and send the complaint no via sms. For rest every other thing you all send the messages like deactivation, recharge, technician visit etc. But for complaints their standard reply is system failure. And this is i have experinced several time. This is really rediclus. You people have to have guts to face the problems and pride in solving the problems.

                                      I bought a connection on 6th september directly from tata sky website. I completed the transaction, and received an email with payment receipt which had a tata sky transaction id and details of the transaction. Post that, no subscriber id has been generated. I received no calls about installation. When checked with customer care, they said they can't do anything or check without subscriber id, and they asked me to email to [protected]@tatasky.com. On emailing i keep receiving an automated email saying we could not find the subscriber id linked to your email. I have no idea what to do here. This is just a horrible purchase experience.
