[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky box: tv displaying blank screen with "this is the wrong card " error. need to resolve asap | |||
My plans validity is till tomorrow 12/4/19. But my tv is showing blank screen and is not working. On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no;[protected] digicard i'd :[protected] My subscriber id is [protected] Please resolve this problem asap i trust you guys as it is a good company. I am getting irritated from yesterday. May 14, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Tata Sky customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 11, 2019 Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, help is here. Please remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
