[Resolved] Tata Sky — tata sky box: tv displaying blank screen with "this is the wrong card " error. need to resolve asap

My plans validity is till tomorrow 12/4/19. But my tv is showing blank screen and is not working.
On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no;[protected] digicard i'd :[protected]
My subscriber id is [protected]
Please resolve this problem asap i trust you guys as it is a good company. I am getting irritated from yesterday.
So please resolve it by end of the day.

Tata Sky Customer Care's response Hi, help is here. Please remove the card and wipe it with a soft dry cloth, insert it back(The Tata Sky logo should be upward and the arrow pointing towards the Set-top box) and let us know the status.
