My set top box is not working from last 10 days. I registered complaint many times. But tata sky closed the complain without solving it. Then I personally visited tata sky service center at mad he pura bihar.The service person refused to change the box as the sticker at bottom of box is not clear and bar code is not clear. They are not providing me new box. They are offering me new connection in instead of new box. Why there is no new box is available when I have all remaining parts ?

Yes, my concern has been addressed. And the box was not changed. I am not going to take a new connection of tata sky. I packed tv set for the mean time. Thank you.

        tata sky box: tv displaying blank screen with "this is the wrong card " error. need to resolve asap

        My plans validity is till tomorrow 12/4/19. But my tv is showing blank screen and is not working.
        On the tv, there is just a blank screen with a message : "this is the wrong card for this set top box (Pairing error). Nds no;[protected] digicard i'd :[protected]

        Please resolve this problem asap i trust you guys as it is a good company. I am getting irritated from yesterday.br...

        As i have submitted my request to re8nstall my tata sky dish at my new residence at shimla and i was contacted by some customer care representative in this regard. She assured me that a technician will visit my place of residence by the next day and fix this issue. But i am sorry to say that it been three days and no person arrived my place and my issue is still unresolved.

          My brother has taken new connection of tata sky hd dth. He has purchased from das agencies, jagatsinghpur, odisha. My brother has paid rs. 2400.00 for new connection with 1 month free pack. After 4 days i verified market and found that the new connection is only rs. 1800.00 along with 6 months free pack. So, kindly verify and black list to the fraud agencies. Also request to add 6 months free pack in my mobile no. [protected]

            On 7th april 2019 tatasky service agent in hadapsar pune, Mr. Vishal Adsule come for join the tata sky connection in my society (Aristolia, hadapsar, Pune) in flat no 401, disturb my connection after that my tatasky signal not received and closed my subscribtion at 7 to 7.30 p.m in the evening when I call mr. Adsule about that they agree to come next day and rejoin my cable again after that when I call tata sky custumer help line mr. Vikram choughule pick up my call but they said you register your complaint and we are arrange workman tomorrow but they charge 100 rupees I refused and request to join the sr.officer at that time he will not accept my request due to sr.officer not available at that time they assured to call back in next one hour but noany call came from tatasky help line. Next day again I request to mr. Vishal adsule they talk very oroguntly and talk very bad manners again I call to tatasky help in the morning time at that time again I request yo join the st.offcier but after waiting 20 minutes no any sr.officr available to attend my call. After that I cut the call, I am a regular customer of tatasky from last 10 years but the waist service and progress happen this time I am forstat and divide to discontinue my both connection. My subscriber ID [protected], Name vikas godse. I am very disappointed . Pl take my request to closed my both connection. From today onward.

              I requested for a new Tatasky connection as I have been transferred to Delhi from Guwahati.

              I specified that I wanted 4K Set Top Box connection and prime sports pack.

              I made the request online on 6th April 2019. I got a call from service centre thereafter several times. I was subsequently informed that since 4K set top box was not readily available, my connection installation was scheduled on monday i.e. 8/4/2019. On monday, i got a call informing set top box not yet available but will confirm position again in the evening. Thereafter, i received no further call or intimation.

              On 10/09/2019, I called up the service centre having number [protected] and i was informed that 4K Set Top Box had arrived. I asked the staff why i was not intimated or my connection not scheduled. I was informed technician would be despatched by 1 pm but no call was received. I again call around 1 pm and a technical staff was despatched. No one was at home and i requested to wait but staff said he will come back after one and half hour. I agreed and by the time my family had got back to residence just to ensure the tatasky connection. I informed the technical staff named Sashi immediately and he said he will take 1 and half hours as he was attending another customer. After 2 hours, there was no call from the technical staff having number [protected] and I called him. He said 'wait for 10 mins and I will be on my way". After 30 mins also, he did not call back and then when I call him on phone, he replied, "I have been assigned another customer/call and my task has been assigned to another technical staff called Sachin." I asked him to provide number of Sachin so I can talk. But no number was provided. After that, I called up Service Centre number [protected] several times but it was not attended. My call was either cut or not taken. The staff also did not receive my call.

              It is this kind of lies and negligence that I have faced while trying to get a new tatasky connection in Delhi. Even after 5 days of installation request, connection is not given and subjected to lies of attending to the request. I have been a loyal customer of TATASKY for last 10 years with customer ID [protected] and this kind of experience has raised lot of serious questions.

              Kindly get the new connection installed as requested and take necessary action against staff bearing mobile number [protected] and [protected] for their unprofessional conduct.

                  Sir i have a connection in tatasky no [protected] in the name of ajay verma. For the past 2/3 years i was not using the connection and in the process i lost the set-top box. Now the tatasky personal is not giving me a new box as he is asking for the old box and asking me to buy a new connection. I already have a working dish and wire connected to my tv and simply i want a new sd box. Kindly get the needful done at your earliest. My tatasky account is already activated and it is going waste from the last 4 days.

                    I applied new connection for tata sky. I gave appointment for yesterday (09/04/2019) 6.30 pm, but the dish fitter not attend my call. I would try another one number when he attend the call and tell arrange the fitter with in 15 minutes. Again i would try after 30 minutes he did not pick my call, so i totally disappointed your service. How i trust that people in my future problem. Irresponsible person only do this mistake. Please check and give clear clarification of me.

                      I, id -[protected], am not able to view my channels due to "error 2 - to insert the digi card properly" but i have tried the all the possible ways to reinsert the digi card properly as directed but we have failed and are not been able to watch our favourite shows. We have also tried to clean the dust on it with dry cloth and reinsert it still it shows the same error. We would be really grateful if you give response to this and send immediate help to us so that we can resume to watch our tatasky tv shows.

                      Since we are facing difficulty in recharging online package by choosing the respective channels .Also even after confirming the final channels, we are unable to proceed further... when we call customer care its not at all responding for the call . Is this service given to the customer care?

                        I have repeatedly contacted your helpline phone number and requested to help me choose channels. Every time I was told to login mytatasky. Com website. When I logged in to the same, channel selection was a difficult task for me. I am a senior citizen. My account got deactivated.
                        Hence I have decided to discontinue your services.
                        I am using Tata sky for last twenty years. If you are not caring senior citizens, things will go wrong in the near future.
                        I have two connections with the same number.

                          Unbelievable pricing by tata sky compelled me to disconnect my second tv. Immediately after trai regulations tata sky started to charge more than rs.700 for my second tv which was exorbitant. I immediately disconnected it. Earlier second tv costed me rs.250/ and how can they just increase cost like this. I feel all customers should fight back and bring old system which was going on smoothly. Due to implementation of the new Tariff order the input costs for MultiTV connections have increased, which has resulted in a marginal increase in MultiTV prices.                             This is my bank’s advice.
                            As one year subscription tatasky collected 6406/-.
                            But now they don’t respond properly.
                            Some one from tatasky called me and told that i have paid one month subscription only and from the second month i have to pay again.
                            Please an corrective action is required.

                              Hello, this is karthik, a resident of picket secunderabad. I am trying to setup tata sky dish for almost 2 weeks now, initially i called in tatasky customer service for the new connection and i am told that i will get the setup complete within a day or 2. Now even after 2 weeks, there is nothing done, i didn't even receive the setup box.

                              Everytime, i get a call from a so called technician asking for the address and he says that he will be at my place in 30mins but he never shows up. When ever i call back the technician number, he again asks for the address and repeats the same thing (30mins). These people are very rude and don't know the concept of customer service and customer satisfaction.

                              I wasted 4 days, just stayed home without stepping out to make sure i don't miss he technician when he is here but no one was here on all the 4 days. I am done now and moving onto a different provider.

                              I always had a positive opinion about tata brand and products but i dont think they are able to handle this dish tv with the same brand image.

                                    I had placed request for removing multi-tv option on my tata sky account, i. E. Remove my primary connection and make my secondary as primary and active connection on 2nd april 2019, through tata sky chat support.
                                    "chat reference id is 0001fae97sbghn71", i was assured "needful will be done before 05/04/2019 04:28: pm for the same." and complaint reference number was given to me "1e8sehws"

                                    5th april 2019 : i again contacted tata sky customer chat "chat reference id is 0001fae97sbgpd35", was told the request number is 1e8sehws is in open status. The needful will be done by today. You will get a call back from our concerned team today. But never recieved call.

                                    6th april 2019 : i again contacted tata sky customer chat "chat reference id is 0001fae97sbgqgx8", was told the request number is 1e8sehws is in open status. I was again told the same thing. Tata sky technician visited me, he made calls in front of me and assured the issue will be resolved in 24 hours.

                                    7th april 2019 : i again contacted tata sky customer chat "chat reference id is 0001fae97sbgs2vk", was told the request number is 1e8sehws is in open status. Complaint is in process, have escalated the issue and today only you will get the call.

                                    8th april 2019, 12:40am : i again contacted tata sky customer chat "chat reference id is 0001fae97sbgt9qg", was told the request number is 1e8sehws is in open status. Our concerned team will be get back to you on or before 08/04/2019 and do the needful accordingly. I have escalated with the same to our team concern. Be assured, you will get a call from our team concern with in 2 hours and the needful will be done accordingly. The escalation number:[protected].

                                    8th april 2019, 12:40am : i again contacted tata sky customer chat "chat reference id is 0001fae97sbgtej8", was told the request with reference number is 1e8sehws is canceled status. The request reference number is sr[protected]. Our team will contact you by the end of the today.

                                    Its now been 6 days and above all that my account is debited with 100rs service visit done on 6th april 2019, despite the issue is still not resolved

                                      It is requested that tata sky's full year recharge was done in november 2018 which is to run till november 2019. But tata sky shut down my channel on march 29, 2019. I have not sent any request for the switch.

                                      Talking on tata sky number [protected] from a week. I want to run my old package. But he is compelling to take a new package. Please be thankful to me for help. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness
