This is to inform you that I called at your customer care on 15.04.2015 at 9 a.m. and complained that my remote is not working, My complaint was taken and I was informed that your representative will call me in next two hours & will ask me the time of visiting my place. I clearly mentioned that I would prefer evening hours for visit. I was also informed that as my connection is only 9 month old so it will be changed free of cost or repair.
I did not receive any call from your end and so I called you at 6.30 p.m., again i was informed that i will be receiving a call from you shortly to resolve my complaint but as earlier, NO RESPONSE.
As i am the one who is suffering, I called on 16.04.2015 at 11 a.m. to know the status of my complaint, again the same old talks were repeated, and finally i received a call from Mr. Vikas, asking the suitable time he can visit, I replied 7 p.m. or later. He instantly denied that he can't come at or after 7 p.m, so i planned my schedule accordingly and went out for some work but unexpectedly, at 7.15 p.m., I received a call from your representative that at he is nearby my place and want to visit. but, i was not at home. Now, for you people, u did your job and I m at fault that I was not present but its he, who denied earlier, to come, so, i went.
Now, who will compensate my two days loss (or may be more depending on your response)
You stop broadcasting channel, even we are one hour late for recharge, but what about now, when you are late at your service and wasted my minimum 48 hours.
Now, Kindly resolve my issue and don't compel me take it to a higher level.
