From last month I am facing No signal problem. I register my complain by SMS and by miss call also. My Oder id is : NS[protected] But what I get, just text messages saying my request is on process and technician will visit soon. But no one ever show up. When I called to customer care, they said they don't have any information about technician visit. and they always said this will resolve today only. But that today never came. Now I completely frustrated and irritated with your services and customer care. I really don't mind loosing my installation charges or whatever I spend on Tata Sky services. I will understand if you guys are not able to resolve this issue because of any reason. Please let me in case you guys are not able to fix this issue. But I sadly want to convey my bad experience with your services and customer care. This is most unprofessional behavior I have seen in this industry.

    WHETHER TATASKY WILL OPEN EYES AND STOP MAKING BUSINESS Rs 350/- It is a matter of great concern that Tata sky is making fool to customers while upgrading . Many TV sets are either not working or partially working from last 8 days we get only few channel. Also I came to know that whenever technicans are coming, they simply say LNB problem and it will charge Rs. 350. Tata sky has selected the way of business of earning Rs 350/- . It seems that CEO Tata sky is also involved in this business while doing upgradation and the innocent customer pay Rs 350/- .In some case LNB was changed few months back. How LNB can go faulty very often. It is understood that DD channel should suppose to come free of cost which are not available. First it is difficult to get Tata associates on phone .If we get then you have to wait for 5 minutes, then phone automatically gets disconnected and we have to pay telephone charges which comes upto Rs 10/- My customer Id is [protected] . Upgradation is Tatasky problem. Why customer should tolerate it for 8 days. My compliant is pending from last 8 days and I am getting only 4 channels. I have recharged upto September 2015. A reply of few words will be appreciated. If CEO Tatasky is not capable to give satisfaction to customers then he should quit.He should not make business by charging Rs 350/- to customers or he should refund our amount paid upto september 2015.       HI, This is Prashant. My Subscriber ID : [protected] Since 2 weeks iam calling daily, giving missed call and messaging you people. Daily iam wasting 20 Rs.Almost i wasted 250 RS till now because of your foolishness Iam not getting one channel also.My parents will stay in home .How can they survive without T.V. After raising many requests you people are not sending any technician to my home. Please send a technician to my home urgently and resolve this issue else i will terminate tatasky and change the connection and i will make sure that i will tell all my friends, colleagues and relatives not to buy tatasky. who the hell told you to upgrade the set top Box ?You bloody stupid fellows. First make it to old condition and then upgrade each one individually.

        I had subscribed to Tata Sky in February 2015. During the time of subscription they said that theeir Metro pack is coming free for one month with new subscriptions and assigned Metro pack to my account. After one month was over, I called them several times from my registered mobile, land line, talked to them for more than 3-4 hours and told them that I want to drop Metro pack and opt for make my pack . I gave them a detailed list of channels whose price amounts to Rs. 165 or so as mandatory per month. However, despite calling them several times, they are not droping this metro pack from my account and charging me extra for the list of channels I suggested in lieu of their Metro pack. Now they are not attending the calls for changing this pack and charging me continuously.

            I am getting only 2-3 channels. No local channels. I have called customer care couple of days back and they said they are upgrading the services and the channels will be back soon. Its been 5-6 days and no channels. I sent msg NS to their number. No response. Nobody called me back. If I tried to call customer care, I am put on hold for very long time. This is worst service provided by tata sky. I dont understand what kind o[censored]pgrade they are doing for so many days. I am going to cancel tata sky and go for any other better provider. tata bye bye to tata sky

                    Dear Sir, I am a premier TATA Sky customer having connection number [protected] for the last 9 years. In last 10 days I have lodged complaint 3 times with Tata Sky help desk regarding my set top box problem but no Engineer has bothered to visit & inspect the set. Even the SMS that usually follows the formal complaint with complaint details is missing these days. The only stock answer you get these days is that upgrading is taking place but no one cares to know the exact problem. It is very frustrating to see the company slip so badly in performance.                       I have added kids pack online on [protected], on 16th Apr 2015 but the channel which are listed in the pack are not viewed instead some other channels are displayed, please solve my problem. Even we have no any personal contact number to customer care where we can register our complaint.

                        In simple word they are cheaters...i am not able to watch channels from last one month and calling their customer care again and again but every time they make false promises and and what are they doing is none other than mental harassment. One of their associative told me that their customer care number is toll free but my mobile operator says its not free. For my complaints i called them many times and every time they keep my call hanging. Its almost 252 minutes i wasted calling who will pay for this because its not my fault that i am calling you its your fault that you are making me fool from last one month. I am with Tata Sky from last 3 years and this is what they do with their honest customers... This is really not expected from a brand like Tata.

                          My HD BOX is not working since last 4 days. I have already raised complaint about the same and many times contacted to service center peoples. But till date no action for the same and no proper response from service center. Also technician had visited and went back after keeping all the instrument in open condition. The TATA Sky service is very very bad and suggesting to all, pls. do not refer it.

                            Hi, I finally got a call from the Tata Sky call center saying they have received my escalation. The person who called was Sahil Alam. He promised me on behalf of Tata Sky that a service engineer will come the same day and fix the issue. He also promised me that they will refund the 25 days of money that has been charged to my account with no service. He also gave me a direct number to reach out to if no one comes to fix this problem. NO ONE has come till date to fix the problem, No messages confirming this calll every took place and best of all the number that was provided by Sahil was an invalid number. Dears Sirs, If anyone is listening - I have paid close to 5000 rs for the HD Setup box. I have paid 600 rs this month with no service and their website is telling me that my next recharge due date is 26th of April. The TATA group have completely decided to not take my calls or SMS or even acknowledge that I am still paying money with no service. I see no option but to pay money and buy another set up box (because the Gov't has forced taxpayers into being monopolized by middlemen and not allow common set up boxes or allow me to pay directly to content providers ). I should atleast get a refund of my HD box and this months subscription so I can pay for another Set up box. I have nothing more to say about TATA sky or their false promises, I will take this up with the appropriate forums or write to the Newspapers or SKY Networks if I don't get a refund.                               My Tata Sky ID is - [protected] I have repeated filed a service request from customer service number for relocating my DTH connection from my old address to the new one. Its been more than 10 days i am calling every day to the customer service center - every time they give same answer that - your request has been taken as a high priority request and our executive will visit your place on same day and provide you the service - But till date i have not received any SMS or email or phone call saying they are sending any person for relocating the connection. Tata sky is misleading the consumer showing advertise about their best services where as in real they have issues with the signals saying they are upgrading their services and issues similar to mine regarding post installation services . Though Tata sky is the costliest DTH service most of people opt for tata sky because of its brand value but due to their bad services they will loose the existing customers also.

                                  It has been more than 3 weeks and two complaints that we have forwarded to the tatasky about their weak signal issue. Everytime we call their customer service, the voice from the other end assures us a quick resolve to the problem. But all talk and no action, till date no service guy has visited us, neither they replied to the multiple mails that I sent them. My relation with TataSky goes back to the time when they started their first service in India. In this period of 8 yrs one thing has become clear that they never hesitate to cancel your subscription if you make a late payment even just for one day. And yes thats right they have every right to demand money for the service provided. But now going by the same logic, if they failed to provide us the subscription as well keep on deducting the money from our account; isnt this equivalent to cheating and fraud. For the last 21 days, I am deprived of the services that I've paid well in advance. Is tatasky going to refund my money back for the loss of 21 days and show me the same business audacity like they did while deactivating our subscription for late payment.

                                      This is to draw your kind attention to the on going agony faced due to the non service of Tata Sky subscription bearing ID number- [protected]. Time and again we have lodged complaint with the Tata Sky help line numbers, with out any constructive solutions. It's been continuous process as we are unable to view our favourite programmes, despite on time payment of the subscription amount. The voice on the helpline number keep on iterating about the Upgrading and so on, but Nobody has bothered to revert with the solution, It's been three weeks now, and can be construed as mental agony and harassment. We have also requested Tata Sky to return our deposit, however the same is still unattended. In the light of the aforestated facts, we request ICC to intervene and help us get the deposit along with suitable compensation to gain active service providers for the basic and humble need of entertainment, which is the basic right of any individual.
