[Resolved] Tata Sky — Tata sky set top box issues for over a month | |||||
Since nov 217 i have been having issue with set top box freezing or auto restart. They have replaced 4 boxes with no luck and to add to the misery, no body is clueless on the issue or resolution. Really disturbing to see this kind of service from tatasky. All 4 boxes i received were refurbished and had exact same issue. I have made almost 50+ calls to customer care and they appear to escalate but the service center who is addressing this issue looks to be less interested in resolving this. Really feeling annoyed and thought of posting to make people aware of the bad service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
