[Resolved] Tata Sky — tatasky hd setup box restarting by itself while watching tv

Hi m tata sky hd setup box is restarting by itself while watching tv. It says initializing and then restarting... Its happening very frequently... This problem started recently (A couple of weeks ago)...
I got the tata sky hd dth connection 9 months ago only. So the setup box is pretty new... I do anot understand why is it happening? Is it a hard ware or software problem?

Updated by ThanuCC Helo Tatasky team, There were two issues. One is the signal strength issue and other is setup box restarting by itself.
The signal issue is fixed last week but SETUP box restarting by itself issue still persists. I called that technician several times but he is making all false promises... Please replace the setup box asap.
