Tata Sky — unable to view tata sky channels

Hi, The services of Tata Sky is pathetic...im unable to view the channels for the last 10 days...When i spoke to customer service they put me on hold for 15 min and disconnected the call...i called again and after waiting for 15-20 min i was assured a technician would visit my place yesterday morning 10AM but alas no technician turned up...Im disattified with the customer service being provided and consider moving to other DTH providers...shame on tata sky...My subscriber ID [protected]
