[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Visiting charges

We have subribed hd channels . But since last week we are not able to view hd channels all other channels are clear. On my complaining the same on helpline number, they demanded visiting charge of rs.150/- we argued as when all other channels are ok, the reason why visitng charges to be paid. We request you to help us in this matter
