Tata Sky — why secondary not deactivated?

Address: Plot 5, Flat 202: Venkat Sai Enclave Jaya Nagar New Bowenpally Secunderabad - 500011

My User ID: [protected] and registered mobile number is [protected]. about 10 months ago I informed through Mr. Ramakrishna your technical assistant for Bowenpally area to de-activate the secondary id:[protected] which is still showing not deactivated.
The same is known to me through live chat.
What is the current status of this issue not resolved ?
Further "next renewal date as per TV is[protected] where as I am getting reminders as[protected]? Which one is correct?
can you send an official to help me to recharge annually for my selection of channels?
