My tatasky account is showing in minus balance, however we bought tatasky connection based on prepaid account.So they wont deactivate my account and showing minus amounts.However they are continoue my 6month package without any recharge, showing minus balance and wont shutdown my account as we gave him application also.However we dont told them anything like want to continoue my account, as basically tatasky turnoff my tatasky account when recharge was over but this time thry wont close it and showing minus balance due to technical faults in their website.And chat guy on tafasky wont answered me anything.regardinbclose tatasky connection.
