Tata Sky — Wrong Recharge Amount Reversal

Address:Unit 301 to 305, 3rd Floor, Windsor, Off C.S.T. Road, Kalina, Santacruz (East) Mumbai

I have recharged a wrong id by mistake on Tata Sky/Play DTH.
Correct ID is - [protected]
ID on which recharged has done - [protected]
I want the amount reversal for the same.
Incident happened on 10 Nov. 2022.

The Customer Care Executive Said, Refund will be initiated within 24 hours but till now I haven't received the amount.
