Tata Steel — shares

I deepesh wig purchased shares of tata steel jointly with my mother kusum wig in 1992. Now i want to transfer these 13 shares to my mother, but after so long my and my mother's signature have changed. So please send my form for change of signature. I have also closed my account in bank, so dividend sent by company i cannot deposit in my account, please give fresh dividend in my mother's name & account 1731 bank of india.
