Sub: falsified legal notice to tata docomo account no[protected]
This has reference to your company law firm advocate deepak chaudhary sending me a email “legal notice” (April 2018/pbd/7890) day before yesterday afternoon for non payment of an alleged amount of rs 215/- in which you have falsified facts to suit your convenience.
The following are the set of false statements that are mentioned in your so called legal notice dated 10th april 2018
• in the notice you mention that rs 215/- as pending payment. Could you mention for what month it is pending? And why does it not show in any of your previous invoices as unpaid?
• your “legal notice” mentions a reminder letter dated 21 jan 2018, demand letter dated 22 feb 2018 and a final notice dated 30th march 2018 that was apparently sent to me. I can categorically state after checking my emails and correspondence throughly that i have received none of these either as a hard copy or an email. The only thing that i have received was your emailed legal notice dated 10th of april and i was in your office in pune yesterday morning to find out why i was receiving such a notice inspite of paying my bills on time.
• false statement no 3: your legal notice says that you were constrained to temporarily disconnect service to my connection.. Perhaps you might have an email record of this event that you would have sent me on this. The fact however is this. I asked you for a cancellation of service on the 5th of march 2018 for my tata photon number [protected] which your mr rohit pundir have confirmed back by email.in the email he has mentioned that the approximate bill amount would be rs 190 +18% gst for billing from 21st feb to 11th march.
• on the 23rd of march 2018 you sent me a bill for rs 23 (Bill no [protected]) to be paid by 7th april 2018 which i have promptly paid (Transaction id[protected]
• i can categorically state that i have not received any invoice for rs 215 from you.
• i visited your office yesterday morning at 11 am to get a grip on the matter. The security guards at the reception initially said you had gone to have tea.in spite of repeated calls from me and the security guards to your cell phone you were not contactable. Finally half an hour later contact with you was made and we spoke. You asked me to leave my account number and my cell phone number and that you would get back to me on phone by 12.30 pm.
• your system keeps sending me messages of non payment yet you are yet to revert to me
• as of 4.30 pm yesterdayi have made 7 calls to you since. Your number is constantly busy or you dont pick up and you have not even bothered to revert back to me.
• i take strong exception to your falsified legal notice that talks of breach of trust and dishonesty. I think the same applies to your organization and the (Pseudo) legal firm that sends out notices without verifying facts.

Pray tell me why i should not be escalating this in the right forums within and outside your organization, informing the ministry of corporate and consumer affairs, writing into bombay house and seek compensation from all stakeholders for sending me a legal notice with malafide intentions, without checking facts, doubting my integrity, casting aspersions on my character, threatening to tamper with my perfect credit score and wanting to bring disrepute to me.
I have never had a problem in paying people for what i truly owe, so if you expect me to pay up the princely sum of rs 215/- do feel free to present all the real facts. A no dues certificate is also in order
I expect an early reply to this communication preferably within the next 24 hours.

    Dear sir,

    Please find the email trail below.

    I have started raising the complaints from 17th jan that there is no range for internet, not able to access the net properly. After doing multiple complaints and still net issue is not resolved then i have raised the complaints that i do not wanted use the internet service provided by tata.

    I have raised the complaints to permanently disconnect the service on 14 th feb for which they have disconnected my net service on 15th march, i have not used net since 15th jan, then why should i pay the bill 3 months, i can pay the bill of jan month but not the feb and march month since i have not used the net in feb and march month, you can check my net usage.

    I have been told to pay the bill 2054 rs, even though i have not used the tata docomo dongle for more than 2.5 months.

    I have been also threaten to pay the overdue bills by advocate deepak choudhary.

    I have paid the entire money because i do not want to fall in any court matter.

    I need justice here, please deposit my money (1304 rs) back since i just have to pay the bill of jan 18 i. E 750 rs.

    Please refer this email trail of 17 jan, where i have clearly mentioned that if connectivity issue is not resolved with in 1 hour, will disconnect using your service for internet.

    The connectivity issue is not resolved, as per the discussion with one of customer service engineer i have been told that i do not have to pay the bill of jan and engineer will visit to my residence to check the net connectivity and resolve my net issue.

    Nobody tuned till date, after this i have raised the compaint to disconntuue the net service for which i have got the response that you were considering the request and disconnecting the service, even after that i am receiving the messages to pay 1534, where as bull of jan was just 767.

    I do not wanted to use your dongle, neither want to receive any sms no email notification as well as auto voice call to remind me to pay the bill.

    I am highly displeased with your service.

    Please disconnect the service, not going to pay any bills, long back i have started using another vendor's net connection.

      Well 2 years is not a short time, and this is how much it took me to convince myself that the core intensions of this group is to harass people, cheat people and make money out of it . Mailed transcripts of 2 years kept with me, amount to an extent of 15k lying with tata and they are doing nothing about it, rather harassing my employees with stupid legal notices . All validation, all proofs and yet every now and then my hr needs to call them and explain them from the scratch . People like jacqueline fernandes (who has never spoken) with me but assures everytime on mail that my conflict will be resolved . People like Himanshi, giving false hopes of resolving the matter in a day and fails to deliver the concerns in years .
      A long time and after my cheque left the office i could barely see a tata person responding me in person. After all explanation, even though you guys owe my company an amount, my only request was to stop harassing my employees by calling/smsing/mailing them . The request which was taken by you guys a zillion times, but no one took the responsibility to handle a good client in a professional way .

      I will be paying the amount asTATA group has lost its value in our eyes and the amount is to stop this harassment . We could have taken you down in a legal battle but by core work is not fight . I had waited for 2 years, you can understand the level of patience i bear .

      The Company ( TATA ) compelled me to take the dongals after 1 year of inactive service in the name of employees and after one more year of inactive service the tata docomo group is asking for an amount which we havent used, more so they are confirming that we will get the cheque refund but in vain . I beleive someday your company will bear employees who are rich in values and atticates rather filled with goons demanding money which you guys never earned .

      I wish Govt of india, TRAI take strong steps against these companies promising amazing services and providing harassments in returns

          I have been a customer of tata indicom from past 8-9 years with my prepaid no. [protected]. It was sad to know that tata indicom closed its cdma services. The services of my number were suddenly closed by 31st jan, 2018.
          I have been requesting for port code from tata tele services from 8th of feburary 2018. I called from my alternate no. Ie: [protected] and i was told that i will get the port code after call confirmation within 24 hours. I have got call from tata teleservices but i could not recieve the call because of an important meeting. I have never recieved call again. I have registered request for port code 4 times but none of the time i have got call from tata teleservices as per the time given by customer care executives.
          I called the customer care on 2nd march 2018 and i was told that my request would be resolved after 16th of march, 2018.
          I have been fooled by your customer care again and again. Does it take more than a month just for a port code.
          I am highly disappointed by the services tata teleservices providing.
          And the response from the customer care executives is highly unethical, unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I would request tata teleservices to look into the call records and take the required action.
          Does it really take more than a month for a port code request???

          I request for a port code as soon as possible as i need my no. For important works.

            I believed the brand name tata and bought a tata walky by paying 2000rs for the device and 3500rs for the fancy number for my business.
            I spent so much amount to share the landline number to the public.

            But now they are simply telling that we closed our services. U please go to nearest tata docomo store and pay 1500rs and change my device to gsm device with new number.

            Now i can't be able to use my number[protected].

            What should i do now?
            Whom should i blame?
            Tata company or
            Myself for believing them???

            Who will solve my problem??

              Respected sir,

              Please kindly note that we are very old users of below mentioned tata docomo walky numbers. Since many days, we are taking follow up with their concern offices for change of our very old instruments, battery etc. But they are not responding to us as well as they are bluntly saying and replying to us that they are closing their said service for our area. We have paid their all bills in time and promptly till date since beginning.

              Company has not shown his courtesy even to meet us personally especially when they have charged very very heavy premium fees from us to allot following vip nos to us.

              ​we wish to continue and enjoy our above allotted nos service for which we have paid very heavy premium to company also.

              Please kindly look into the matter and kindly arrange by company to continue this service as company cannot discontinue his service without our (Customer) prior consent or else company has to refund the collected premium amount from us.

                This is with reference to my account number of tata docomo[protected], i had requested for discontinuation of my account in September, 2017 since i was moving from Pune to Mumbai. Post that your company still continued to send me the bill for the month during which the number was not active. After, numerous calls to your customer care to revise my bill it was not done, and your customer care people harassed me with messages and calls asking to pay the bill (for the month which i did not use your services). Your company as even sent me a legal notice for non-payment of the bill, which is highly disgrace. Before i could take action on your legal notice, your customer care people suddenly reduced the bill (only to the month which i used the services). I paid the bill as per the revision and thought the account is closed for now.

                To my surprise, after one month of bill payment I received another bill for the month of January, 2018 and another bill in current month of February, 2018. And again the same story continues, with your people harassing me to pay the bill. I have been trying to reach your customer care and everytime they assure me that this will be resolved but i continue to get sms and IVR call for the bill payment

                For a company has reputed as Tata Telecom, such kind of mismanagement is highly not appreciated. I was suppose to get my new number from Tata Docomo for the Mumbai circle but this experience has led to decide against this.

                I request to please look into this and sort this out asap or else need to take action from my end.

                    All your executives from franchisees doing embarrassment with frequent call and visits to office for non payment of that line which was disconnected and not been use by us.

                    Actually one of temporary line was activated for a month for name transition from previous firm to new company.
                    When our actual number was activated that temporary line was disconnected automatically.

                    After that disconnection we put e-mail to tata also, but that e-mail should be from registered id that we don't know that time. And with this reason tata tele services continuously issuing bills for that disconnected line and now it amounted to rs 25123/-

                    Now, they threatening that they disconnect all lines which we are paying all bills promptly. Is it a ethical thing, please tell me??

                    No any e-mail or phone call said that forward cancellation request from correct id otherwise rent bills will be generated. How we common people know all these you unethical hidden policies.

                      I had placed a disconnection request for my Account number:[protected] on Nov 16 and I received a call on Nov 17 asking for reason for disconnection. I confirmed to take the disconnection request since I am not satisfied with the service due to frequent disruptions in service and same was accepted by customer care executive that the request has been taken up and to allow 24hrs to receive the confirmation email. The following day Nov 18th I received a call from Payments department that disconnection request has been taken up. However I did not receive any email even after waiting for a week and called them on Nov 24th and then to my surprise the request was never taken and I had to reconfirm for the disconnection request and I was told since I had not used the connection since Nov 17th I would be charged for the days o[censored]sage.

                      Again to my surprise on Dec 8th the bill was reduced by 200/- and I was asked to pay 982/- which is to my surprise the disconnection request was never considered and even if considered from Nov 24th till Dec 8th the bill should not be 982/-.

                      I wrote back to customer care on Dec 8th and I was asked to wait until Dec 23rd for resolution and on Dec 24th I am asked to pay the full amount 982 instead of providing a clarity on bill on how the calculation has happened.

                        My tata photon number is [protected] and no outstanding bill till date 19 dec 2017 but still my mom received recovery agent call today from [protected]. Need proper justification on this and apology for the same from that recovery agent only... I already raised cancellation request for all my tata docomo number which i am using from last 3 years..

                        The way of talking of that agent to my mom was very bad. They have no right to harrass my parents.

                        That agent said that one case was filled against me.

                          I am getting emails from tata about my bill payment from long time, i was customer with them for long time and then i got international visa and i was in hurry and i called customer care to deactivate my number and i cleared all my bills. And then 3 mounts latter they continue sending me email for bill payment and now legal compliant emails. I am not happy with them at all.

                            Placed a disconnection request on 16th nov and i received a call from call center that the request is taken and effective 16th i will not be charged. Again on 23rd, i came to know that they had not taken the disconnection request and i keep receiving calls why do you want to disconnect. Why do you guys prolong a request, i do not understand.

                            I had recorded the first call where the executive had mentioned that he had taken up the disconnection request. Please address it asap.

                              Hi,

                              I got a call from [protected] and the person was asking for bank details, debit card no, date expiry and cvv no and otp.

                              Actually i have complained about my credit card issues and there i have mentioned my phone no. He got my no and first he asked to me like, sir i am calling from bank and tell me about your issues because you have complained. So i thought it might be call from bank agent. Then i told to him about my issues. Then he told me that sir, it will be resolved, but you will have to pay 20 rupees for government stamps. So i told, its okh and i told i will pay you 20 rupees through paytm. Then he denied and told me that no sir, we are from bank, we only accept debit card details.
                              Then i gave to him my card no and date expiry. Then he told, sir one otp will be sending to your mo no. Please give me so 20 rupees will be deducted.

                              I got a otp and it was for 9998 rupees. Then i cut the call and i checked this no on truecaller. It was showing call fraud from andhra pradesh.

                              Then again i called to him and i told to him. You are fraud and all then he understood and start abusing to me. Then i told i am going to do fir on your no then he abused me and told to me you can do whatever you wand and all in all nonsense manners.

                              By god grace i did not gave him the otp. But it is happing with many people.
                              They are collecting the no from this website and they are doing fraud.

                              Requesting you to please take the necessary action on that to save the another people to save this kind of fraud.

                                I have been continuosly mailing the tata tele services to de activate my connection from may 2017 as i am not using their service any more and cleared their dues till that time. But they didnt even cared about any of those mails and kept on sending new bills. Now they have sent a legal notice against me.

                                  Sir first time humare no tata mai tha to humne airtel mai port kiya tha par network ki problem se humne airtel postpaid se idea postpaid mai port kiya lakin port ke time mei 12 days lag gai the humko ni pta chal paya ki 12 days ki bi payment krni h idea postpaid ke vj network ni a rhe the tk humne badi mushkil se idea postpaid se idea prepaid mai port kiya sub ok chal rha. Tha pr airtel walo ne idea ko complainte kr di ki inki 12 dys ki payment panding h to idea ne no dno mai dal kr parmanent deactivated kr diya ab vk ye bolte hai ki company ka old no h vahni se milega pr 65 days hi gai h tata ke pas no ni aya humko urgent h most important no h 12 years old no h pls help me you take action agInst idea and tata also [protected] ye no off h or [protected] my no pls call me on this no any questions pls help

                                    Myself ashish saluja. Sir my outgoing calls on my both mobile numbers have been blocked from trai. This was the message that i received in my both numbers.

                                    I have submitted my complain and again submitted my aadhar card copy and photo to tata docomo oulet, aamapara chowk, raipur chhattisgarh

                                    Till now my issued is not being resolved and tata docomo executives were saying that your mobile no will also be blocked

                                      I have disconnected my tata connection in oct-2013.
                                      Customer care confirmed on phone that connection is discontinued once i made payment for the october.

                                      After one month, i am receiving the bill for next month i. E. Nov 2013 and continue to receive the same even after telling them periodically whenever contacted that i am not using the services any more and this is wrong bill as i never availed the service.

                                      They continue to send dishonest mails claiming that i have not made the payment. Kindly help.

                                      When a consumer disconnects the account, he or she contacts customer care and i had done the same and opted out. But, they continue to harass by sending mail without any basis.

                                      Strong action is needed in this regard, as these issues by the same provider is being brought forward by many consumers. Their consumer complaint id [protected]@tatadocomo.com is useless and not responsive.
                                      I am continuously getting call from number [protected] and [protected] . Truecaller is showing andhra Pradesh and bihar address.. The person is same and using both number for vulgar talk. Kindly take action

                                        I have a landline of tata teleservices with no 66312711, my outgoing services were barred due to non payment of bill on time. Later i paid my outstanding amount of rs.356 on[protected] but till today my outgoing services are not activated. I made complaints to customer care no.[protected] &[protected] on[protected] &[protected] respectively, which were closed without being attended. I spoke to couple of floor managers on customer care number (Ms. Pooja & ms. Prajita) and they assured that outgoing services will be activated within 3-4 hrs, but till date the services are not activated.
                                        Whenever bills are not paid on time the outgoing calls are disconnected and sometimes we are being charged for late payment also.
