Tata Unistore — Incomplete product delivered and neither missing part is delivered or refund is initiated

I have purchased the Kent Excell Plus 7L RO + UV + UF Water Purifier from tatacliq.com and is delivered with missing water tank package.

After following up with TataCliq customer care, either missing part is delivered or return request is processed.

The product I received is unusable without water tank item. I feel helpless after following up for 20 days with TataCliq customer care.
