Tatasky Dth — NOT RECEIVING SIGNAL ON SECOND CONNECTION.

dear tatasky, I am sorry to tell you that your service and customer care are tardy to say the least. I had got an additional connection to my house on 10th june 2015. it was installed by your staff LAXMINARAYAN SAHOO, who took a cash payment of Rs 1850/- as charges promising to give me a receipt later. but he did not turn up for all these days in spite of my several (about 15)calls to give me the receipt. two days later the second connection stopped receiving signal. I informed him about this when I couldn't contact you customer care, and he had promised to come and look into the matter. it is nearly a week since then and there is no response/relief from any quarters.
