On 15 th June at 11-52 am. one phone call on my mobile from tatasky received. The person on phone just praised me as regular subscriber etc. and no clear subject or offer was given to me. He told me that Now I will be able to see 4 sports channel at free of cost . I told him that I do not see any channel except news channels, religious channels and Actve Darshan. I do not see even entertainment channels. But he told me there no extra charge and I will be able to see free of cost 4 channels, which is of no use to me.
After the phone call I received SMS that my next due date of payment has become 4-7-2015 from 9-7-2015. and from Next month I will have to pay rs.300/- per month instead of rs.240/- i.e. of Dhammal pack.
I request you to cancel the added channels . I never see any sports channel. You should not do phone call for canvassing your business. Customers will get information from your home channels or locals recharge shops.
I request you to cancel the additional sports channel and recredit whatever amount you have debited to my account and inform me by SMS. Please, also take suitable action against the erroring employee for befoolling customers and earning bad bad name to Tatasky.
Hoping for your suitable action. I have got one TV with Videocon connection since last 4 years. They never make any phone call for any purpose. We have to approach them only for technical problems, if signals are not received.
Please, resort to fair practice for increasing business.
If my problem is not solved immidiately, I will not play subscription at all on next due. I am happy that I have not paid you more amount for long period pack of 6 moths or 12 months.
