Mam/Sir, I am very sorry to state that the grievance cell in your organization has made my life miserable. Almost 3 months back i had taken a new connection for which in a course of 1month I had requested to relocate my connection to a nearby flat in the same locality. The concerned person who came for the reinstallation of tatasky had pulled some existing some wires in the apartment for which i had to pay an amount of Rs 400 to the electrician for getting it rectified. Since i had payed the same from i pocket i wanted the intallation charged i.e Rs 400 to be waived off by tatasky . The same message i had conveyed to higher ups through helpline and i only got a surety that the money will be credited to my account. Till now my balance remains Rs.-404.11 against the expected acoount debt of Rs -4.11. I need a quick action on the above matter as it is detoriating my image towards the tatasky.     Dear Sir, My setup box (I.D. NO. [protected]) is not working properly since 4 month. though i am recharging my account as per my plan regurlarly my setup box is showing only 4 channels. i had complaint about my problem time to time, to your official cutomer care near about 10 to 15 times they always say that some one our employee will come n exchange ur setup box but nobody had reached us so far.After recharching my ac. i am not visualising all channel i[censored] will not take proper step i am in mood to change tata sky service n to install another dth company YOURS FAITHFULLY KISANRAO S GHODE AT.APATAPA.POST.APOTI KD TA.DIST.AKOLA (MAH) 444003

      Sir, With out our permission two channels add to my account.I got message then only I came to know.My account no is[protected].So please kindly delete the channels immeditaley .I can' understand why this kind work is going or people in your concern doing like this in computer.The company has to face legal problems from costomer side.Do it immeditaley.

        Sirs, On 15 th June at 11-52 am. one phone call on my mobile from tatasky received. The person on phone just praised me as regular subscriber etc. and no clear subject or offer was given to me. He told me that Now I will be able to see 4 sports channel at free of cost . I told him that I do not see any channel except news channels, religious channels and Actve Darshan. I do not see even entertainment channels. But he told me there no extra charge and I will be able to see free of cost 4 channels, which is of no use to me. After the phone call I received SMS that my next due date of payment has become 4-7-2015 from 9-7-2015. and from Next month I will have to pay rs.300/- per month instead of rs.240/- i.e. of Dhammal pack. I request you to cancel the added channels . I never see any sports channel. You should not do phone call for canvassing your business. Customers will get information from your home channels or locals recharge shops. I request you to cancel the additional sports channel and recredit whatever amount you have debited to my account and inform me by SMS. Please, also take suitable action against the erroring employee for befoolling customers and earning bad bad name to Tatasky. Hoping for your suitable action. I have got one TV with Videocon connection since last 4 years. They never make any phone call for any purpose. We have to approach them only for technical problems, if signals are not received. Please, resort to fair practice for increasing business. If my problem is not solved immidiately, I will not play subscription at all on next due. I am happy that I have not paid you more amount for long period pack of 6 moths or 12 months. My customer ID is[protected]

          I received a call on 17.06.2015 at about 5.30 p. m. and asked me upgrade my package and add sport channel. But I refused to do so. At the end of the call immediately I got a message that my package is upgraded and now I have to pay monthly Rs. 275. I do not understand what the hell Tata Sky customer Care personnel are doing. My Tata Sky Id is [protected].

            For two days in month of June not a single channel was able to view. on my mail complaint received that We are upgrading our technology so please bear with us & then they send technician to home visit & deducted rs 170-00 from my account. When fault is from your side, you are upgrading your technology why we should bear the penalty? & also it has not been intimate prior. Every now & then there is signal failure issue is occuring from April month onwards. Please arrange to get be back credit of Rs 170/- in my account ASAP.

Pleas Check My On-line Chat Support Chat History Chat No 2396003 Also Pleas Check Below Trial Mail Sent by Your Team as also i seen on TV ADs also that you are Providing Free Services to Old Customer Till 31 May. i paid the Payment in Month of April that date was around 7th April i Think SO my Pas Was Finish on 7th May after that i paid the i think Rs.20 For 3 Day bcoz i ma was Going Out of Station for Vacation So miens after 10th April my Services need to me Deactivated but when i was come from my Village i Switch on My TV i seen my Services is Active so i called to Customer care they Guided me that TATA Sky Providing Free Serives till 30th May becuse Some your Upgrdaiion Process was Going on. then also i paid teh payment of Rs.230 on 18th may and again Your Tram gave False Information that you will charge me After 31st May means on 1 June On word and till May end i can enjoy the Free Services but on June 14th On words i getting SMS that Make a payment for SO i called to again Customer care they said me paid the payment and Hang up teh call so i again called then your Agent told me that just Ignore the Message your Services wil Active till 1july bczo u r Payment was Decided on 1june So my One Month will Finish on 1july But Now i Check my Account was Deactivate So i contact was on Live Chat Help Support Chat ID is :[protected] She also Inform Me that my Account is Active i can able to See ...one Surprise is when i asked to you agent My Last Payment Date she told me 6th June i think but i am Sure that she said June Month also i mark a mail to CEO then also No Reply past 48hrs

              I don't think so that this issue could be resolved from your end, unless I ask the consumer forum to intervene in it.
              If you have any concerns about your customers issue, get back to me ASAP on my cell.

              Refer the trail mail and understand the severity of my issue, all the false commitments and all the fake assurances had been failed to get my issue resolved

              After completely losing hope with ur customer support, I even tried your live chat assistance, but sorry to inform u that even that was pathetic either.

              Several AM's contacted me and CSR's gave me assurity that it would be resolved but happened.

              What I need now is if you are willing to still serve me as a honest customer, and want me to continue the services provided me the mental harassment waiver as well as free subscription for 20 days for which I had paid previously as asked by your CSR.

              Awaiting for your revert and action..

              Also I want to Know in Couple of Day I raise a around 20 Complaint so just Think about this Which type of Services You Providing top Customer

                  I have got tata sky new connection, not able to receive any signal after some time(1 week). called the customer care, not able responding to the registered complaints, They event cut the call, whenever they knows that, this is about complaint call.                     I am facing "No Signal" problem since 2.5 months complaining every alternate day. Each and every time new technicians come from tata sky but after 2 or 3 hours the same problem "No Signal". I think that they are not having good technicians or tata sky people are not willing to solve the complain what i m having. I have to face such problem as i have paid advance money for the whole year for my 3 tata sky connections.

                      For last 4/5 days message of "Set Top Box Receiving No Signal" is appearing on the TV Screen making the TV unusable. Despite repeated calls could not talk to Customer Care Department, which department kept playing the recorded message putting my calls on hold indefinitely.

                        I am Senior citizen living in Dehradun after retirement. I am using Tatasky for viewing TV programmes. My Subscription ID is [protected]. Last year on 19 June 2014, I had subscribed Annual Mega Pack HD & had paid Rs.7000/-. After few months, I got a SMS from Tatasky telling to pay me for some add on which I never made. Again today I received another SMS telling that "my request for monthly star world premier for Rs.60/- and HBO premium for Rs 99/- has been complete."For this too NO request were made. Have tried to contact customer care many times but gets only recorded message which does not solve matter.Never thought that even reputed Company like Tatas will also cheat people.

I had got an additional connection to my house on 10th june 2015. it was installed by your staff LAXMINARAYAN SAHOO, who took a cash payment of Rs 1850/- as charges promising to give me a receipt later. but he did not turn up for all these days in spite of my several (about 15)calls to give me the receipt. two days later the second connection...

                              To, The team of tatasky, Tatasky id no. [protected] Rmn mobile no. [protected] Thanky you for giving us the new MPEG 4 technology... But why were you people in a hurry to launch it, if you were not capable of changing the old set top box before the deadline... I had ordered for new hd box 29th may 2015 but there is no courtesy of customer service from your part... And yes pathetic customer care phone lines always on conjunction mode, and if ones in blue moon it gets connected the executive disconnects the line in between because they don't have any answers... Worst experience in 5 years of viewing...

                                    My ( R B HULIGERIMATH ) subscription Id is [protected], I purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 on 14/02/15 & hence requested to activate Everywhere TV for the same but found that channels were not visible . Hence contacted your call centre & complained about the same & your executive reverted back saying that my TAB 3 does not support everywhere TV & hence requested him to deactivate the same. But in spite of that, since last 4 months activation charges has been deducted from my balance amount . Explain why & revert back my deducted amount immediately & don’t force me to file grievance about the same.

                                      I have called on [protected] for the change of my old set of box from 14 to 17 june. . But till date no body has come nor called. I am not availing all channels.( ID- [protected]). I called several times to call centre but they gave me only assurance. but not doing so practically. So kindly please look forward.
