Taxi Bazaar — Service not being provided after taking advance. Also overcharged and no response further

We had very bad experience with taxi bazaar team.

I have booked taxi through your representative Mr. Arjun- [protected] from Mumbai to Pune to Mumbai with specific requirement. The representative agreed on the requirements but didn't fulfil the same.
Moreover, I have been chasing with him for vehicle details on 06 th Feb since 10 pm (2 and half hours after making advance payment) but haven't received any feedback from your representative till 1 am on 07 th Feb. Driver itself contacted me and arrange the vehicle. No details received from your representative.

This was the second incidence I have been experienced with the same person.

Also I have booked the Innova for Rs. 4800 whereas different vehicle (Ertiga) provided me with price of Rs. 5100/- without any intimation to me. We never experienced such type of overcharging by any other car provider. Moreover the excess amount which paid not yet refunded.
If this is not resolved, better we will move to other competitors to avoid such instances.

Hence need your support to highlight the same to senior management for improvement of the services and inconvenience to customer like us.
