[Resolved]  Taxi Guide — Ver Bad Customer service & rude customer service officers

Hi, I may be bit harsh here forgive me for that. But I cannot express this in any lower note as I had been made to go through such an arrogance by the Taxi Guide Team. There can't be a worst customer service than this. I had booked a ride with Taxi Guide vide BRN - 24964 on 26-Dec-2014 for a ride on 27-Dec-2014 (Bangalore City ride). Once I had booked & paid the amount in full, i got a call from the customer care saying, all the cars are full & this ride cannot be arranged (OMG, such a sic company which can't maintain its Logistics properly). And I was also told that the amount will be re-funded in full soon into my Bank account. Even though such a service refusal scenario was not expected, I was still OK, as i cant expect a better service from a company like this. My expectation here was the site should not accept a booking, if that cannot be served. The worse happenings followed there after. I was quite happy with the promise made to me that the money will be re-funded. But to my shock, even after 15 days (as on 9-Jan-2015), I did not get the refund in my account. I hope the company can raise fund in some other way and not like this. Even worse happened after this. I called the Taxi Guide Customer Care on +[protected] at 20:08 IST, after waiting for 2-3 minutes on queue, my call was put on hold by a so called customer care officer ( i am inclined to call them customer harassing officer). With no other options I again called the same number at 20:10 IST and the history repeated. Helplessly I had to call the same number again at 20:10 IST and for God's sake I was connected to a so-called officer and when I asked him ( for Gods sake i was too polite with him) on the status of my refund, he told me that I had not given them the bank details to process the re-fund. I told him that why was I not asked for the details, if this was the reason. Believe me Guys ! ---- With some murmuring (words) the so-called officer had banged the phone on me. I hope you will understand how you would feel if a call is banged on you, when u had been polite over the call. I really do not understand what was wrong with me. Also, why in this world, will some one give a detail which was NOT asked. How can a customer care officer being allowed to be so ride. I would never allow such a person to sit in my office. Can some here help how do i escalate this. Can someone share the contact details of the higher-ups in this company. Note : Good News, I had a good trip with the other provider for a much Lesser Fee. For Gods sake I was not harassed too by their driver. Thanks Kalai. [protected]
