Description - i booked a sedan cab from bangalore to mysore from taxibazaar on 17th july 2018 for my parents. Below are the trip details -

Any extra km charged @9/km, driver bata 250 extra, toll & parking charges borne by travelers.
1. I paid an advance of rupees 500 while booking the cab
2. I did not received the cab details until i called on the above number early morning @ 6.10 am. Cab arrived late by 2 hours.
3. Total km after to & fro from bangalore to mysore was 338 and upto 300 km charged to be paid were rs. 2586. Extra km charges rs 342
4. My father paid all the toll and parking charges. Apart from this, he paid the driver 1300 for petrol.
5. Calculation - total amount which should have been paid to taxibazaar is rs. 2982, however i ended up paying rs 3600 for which break up is given below
6. Advance - 500, petrol - 1300, and paid to driver - 1800 (Including 250 driver bata).
7. There was a sheer negligence from taxi bazaar team to intimate their car service provider about the advance payment done due to which driver and the car owner took a fight with me after the journey was over.
Resolution - i would like to charge the taxi bazaar company with fraud and mental harassment which they had done to me and my parents and would like to have a refund of rs. 5000 instead of rs. 500 which i overpaid.
I have attached the email copy, chat copy and the call record screenshot, where when i tried calling through my registered number they did not respond and when i called them from my other number they picked up and put it on hold for like 13 minutes.
