I booked an inter state taxi from Faridabad to Rishikesh on April 21st for my parents. A taxi bazar representative Rahul ask me to pay 500/- advance which I paid via UPI. He shared the boiling details and informed that the cab will be available the next day. When the cab didn’t reach on April 22nd morning I reached out to Rahul. He said we cannot give you can as you didn’t reply to our calls and messages which is totally wrong. I presented all the supporting information, thereafter he denied to accept my explanation and refused to return my 500/-. This taxi porter is fraud, you may loose money if you book your next ride with them.
MY RECOMMENDATION: strictly avoid them.

I had booked a taxi from Nashik to Mumbai on 29th Jan 23, with Booking ID No.TB-29063e2f . Firstly i was told that taxi will arrive by 17.30 hrs. Later their behaviour became rude and they told to arrange taxi by yourself after taking the Advance of Rs.300/-. Later from that day till today i have called N number of times, i just get the reply its in process you will get it in 24 hrs, Our Gpay is not working, Please call tomorrow and so on. Many times they do not pickup call or disconnect the call.
I request you all kindly refund the amount immediately.

Taxi Bazaar is a faud. They are big cheaters. I booked a taxi for journey on 10th April, 2022 from Lucknow to Kanpur and back. Booking amount Rs. 547.13 was paid by me digitally on 7th April, 2022. I got the payment confirmation also the same moment. But thereafter they did not communicate with me. The taxi was not made available to me. Consequently, I had to make alternative arrangement for my trip. The money paid has not been refunded also.

I booked a taxi through taxi bazaar from Delhi airport
Prior to my booking I told them I need an Ac car and also asked about the final fare without any hidden charges
They dupe people as the booking was taken and confirmed but they shared the details of the wrong driver who said that he will see if he could come or not... they keep changing the driver to one and to other and to other... was in flight so couldn’t call all the changing drivers... random drivers are calling after landing...passing on the bookings to each other...
After waiting for a long time on the airport they sent a taxi in the worst condition whose Ac isn’t working and the car is in the worst shape.. the driver was drunk and untidy
On the way driver was constantly feeling sleepy on the journey causing us insecure
And were saved several times with god’s grace
He stopped himself midway to have something and we have to pay for everything(not discussed earlier)
After ending trip he charged us way more than what was decided and on calling the company they said they can’t help it and we have to pay unnecessarily
The worst experience I had till date with any cab service ever
Highly don’t recommend it to anyone!!!
Wastage of everything

I hired a rountrip taxi on 13th mar for 2 days from delhi to gwalior. I was offered two package, one for 7500/- inclusive all (Driver charges, toll charges, state taxes etc.) second was 8.5rs per km exclusive 250/- day driver charge, state taxes, toll charges, parking etc with min 250 km per day. I went with the second offer.

We suddenly changed our plan due to family function and decided to stay 1 more day. I called company and asked for the extra charges if we hire taxi for 1 more day where i was informed that the charges would be same as disclosed earlier such as 250km per day, 8.5/- per km with additional state taxes. Moreover i was asked to confirm with the driver if he doesn't have any busy schedule which i agreed. I asked driver for the availability and he agreed to stay 1 more day.

I calculated the charges as:
The charges for actual consumed km[protected]/-
Billing charged as per company norms for 3 days (750km)-6375/-
Driver charges for 3 days - 250*3=750/-
Mp state tax for 2 days (13th & 14th mar)- 450/-
Up state tax for 2 days (13th &14th mar): 290/-
Rajasthan tax for 2 days (13th & 14th mar) -340/-
Mp state tax for 15th mar - 300/-
Rajasthan state tax for 15th mar-220/-
Up state tax for 15th mar - 170/-
Toll charges for 13th mar - 690/-
Toll charges for 15th mar - 690/-
Total charges: 10175/-

The charges what driver asked me to pay:
The charges for actual consumed km[protected]/-
Billing charged as per company norms for 3 days (750km)-6375/-
Driver charges for 3 days - 250*3=750/-
Mp state tax for 2 days (13th & 14th mar)- 450/-
Up state tax for 2 days (13th &14th mar): 290/-
Rajasthan tax for 2 days (13th & 14th mar) -340/-
Mp state tax for 15th mar - 300/-
Rajasthan state tax for 15th mar-220/-
Up state tax for 15th mar - 170/-
Toll charges for 13th mar - 690/-
Toll charges for 15th mar - 690/-
Additional charge for driver -2000/-
Total charges: 12175/-

In the entire conversation we were never disclosed about this additional 2000/- neither by one of your colleague when i called on 14th mar to hire the taxi for 1 more day nor by the driver. When we are middle of our way driver show this additional 2000/-

Now, what is actually bothered us which put our life on risk was driver stopped the taxi in the middle of the way and refused to move unless we pay this silly 2000/- which was never disclosed.

How can these guys stop the vehicle in the middle of the way when especially we our traveling with the family. I kept on asking the driver to move the vehicle else will call police. Driver was not in a mood to listen and didn't move the vehicle as per his vendor order. For almost 2 hours the taxi remains inactive and i had to call police.

We didn't feel safe in the entire journey because of driver's unethical behaviour.

These are the fraud guys. Used our service for their client sent wrong massage that payment done but then i know from all these reviews these are fraud peoples.

I have registered a fir against them today.

Please do not deal with them especially service providers in other cities. You will not get your money.

Taxibazaar is one of those websites just created to cheat the money of customers by saying that they would provide a taxi and take advances @15% of the total payable amount.

I booked a taxi from jaipur to udaipur and paid rs.850 advance through paypal. Just a day before pickup they have cancelled the taxi and not refunded my advance amount. I request necessary authorities to block this website and take action against these fraudsters.

This is the most fraud company I have ever seen in my life. I booked a cab with them 20 days in advance for travelling in Diwali. My cab was for 25th October 4am and they cancelled at 9.30pm on 24th with just sending me a message. The "Customer care" so to say did not bother to call me. Also, they diverted my number to another number which nobody answered. I called them from another number on which somebody answered. SUCH A FAKE COMPANY. A BIG ONE. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR BOOKINGS AT ALL

I booked one car for 7th dec 2018 10:00 am pick up from international airport to aonla and i paid advance also.
When i called driver in the morning he told i am not coming then i was contacted on all the numbers of taxi bazaar and where i booked the car as well first he told he will send then i was contacting no body responding.
I started calling on taxi bazaar main number then they started blocking.
Now what should i do i booked one taxi on urgent basis and i will pay 6000 rupees who will pay.

They took booking from behror to delhi on 26th aug evening 06 o'clock.. But even after calling them 100 times none of them responded.. They operate from 03 mobile number [protected]/[protected]/[protected] punjab based numbers - they don't have any customer support. Their chat support page is unmanned. They are surely doing fraud.. Drivers are very rude and not even co-operative.. Taxi bazaar guys are only concerned about booking and getting their profit.

This is inferior experience i have ever had.. I had to spend extra 3000 to book immediate cab to travel back. As all of them has individual mobile numbers and they fool customers.. Basis their choice they receive or abort customers call..
Their vendors drivers are so rude that they would ask you to come out of your house and walk 1 km with all your luggage to board their cab..

If they fail to provide the services assured, they don't even bother to call up the customer and inform leave apart arranging an alternate..
I would request authorities of consumer complaint members to take strict measures to stop this.

Description - i booked a sedan cab from bangalore to mysore from taxibazaar on 17th july 2018 for my parents. Below are the trip details -

Any extra km charged @9/km, driver bata 250 extra, toll & parking charges borne by travelers.
1. I paid an advance of rupees 500 while booking the cab
2. I did not received the cab details until i called on the above number early morning @ 6.10 am. Cab arrived late by 2 hours.
3. Total km after to & fro from bangalore to mysore was 338 and upto 300 km charged to be paid were rs. 2586. Extra km charges rs 342
4. My father paid all the toll and parking charges. Apart from this, he paid the driver 1300 for petrol.
5. Calculation - total amount which should have been paid to taxibazaar is rs. 2982, however i ended up paying rs 3600 for which break up is given below
6. Advance - 500, petrol - 1300, and paid to driver - 1800 (Including 250 driver bata).
7. There was a sheer negligence from taxi bazaar team to intimate their car service provider about the advance payment done due to which driver and the car owner took a fight with me after the journey was over.
Resolution - i would like to charge the taxi bazaar company with fraud and mental harassment which they had done to me and my parents and would like to have a refund of rs. 5000 instead of rs. 500 which i overpaid.

I have attached the email copy, chat copy and the call record screenshot, where when i tried calling through my registered number they did not respond and when i called them from my other number they picked up and put it on hold for like 13 minutes.

They are polite and give false promises only until you get trap in their sweet words. once your taxi is paid for the issues starts then. they sent me worse possible car which looked more like a car coming from scrapyard with broken windows, hings broken, tyres old, paint coming off.
this was with appearance not the driver was so aggressive he denied to do stops in between as promised by customer service as i had a 2 yrs old baby with me so we specified we will need stops in between while booking and was accepted. driver didn't want to stop as he had another pick up from Mumbai airport and hence he wanted to reach on time. i had to literally had verbal arguments and even had to threaten to call police as he wanted to increase the driving speed and was driving too rough. then comes problem with petrol finishing in between our trip obviously due to problem with engine or so it was taking more than double the petrol.LOl
no help was provided from customer care agents instead ask me for pics to be sent on their whatsapp number which they never received and finally was asked to send email which i am yet to receive any answer.
think not twice but 100 times to book them better pay 500 rupees more and book with good company rather falling in their cheap price trap.

Absolutely untrustworthy service, not just that, they are swindlers, hopeless guys, the taxibazaars fellas. Terrible ordeal my family went through, (Wife and son) as they took a cab through taxibazaar from brlly to ndls, the unserviced old cab broke down within 1 our of drive on the way. Assuring that it will be fixed within 30mins, none of it was done, when calling the taxibazaar, they kept assuring of an alternate cab, my wife and son were standing on a lone highway with luggage. After 2-3 calls, these buggers even stopped picking calls. Finally wife returned back home for no cab arranged even after 2 hours. Quite naturally she missed her flight to hyderabad as there was no chance at all walking down or even taking a roadway bus to delhi by 5pm. Now when i calling these hopeless thieves for refund, they have stopped picking calls or even responding to my texts. I am not going to spare these. And report a complaint. Save yourself!! Wont spare you. U caused trouble to my little 3 year old son and wife.

I booked a taxi from https://www.taxibazaar.in on 21/4/18 making an advance payment of 602 inr. I booked the taxi for mumbai from surat. The pickup time was 1000 hrs but there was no information regarding the driver till 1030 hrs. After so many efforts when i was connected to them, they provided me with the details of the driver. I was waiting for the driver, but no reply from them on calling again at 1130 hrs, taxibazaar had stopped responding and blocked my number. When called from another number, they were outsourcing a taxi for which we had to pay 600 inr extra. As we had to catch the train on time, we asked them to send the taxi asap. Taxi bazaar is not replying to the emails, neither provided any bills for the same. I have read many reviews afterwards, which tells the same story. They are running a fraud site and take bookings. Please look into this. I am attaching the emails for your kind reference.
