Absolutely untrustworthy service, not just that, they are swindlers, hopeless guys, the taxibazaars fellas. Terrible ordeal my family went through, (Wife and son) as they took a cab through taxibazaar from brlly to ndls, the unserviced old cab broke down within 1 our of drive on the way. Assuring that it will be fixed within 30mins, none of it was done, when calling the taxibazaar, they kept assuring of an alternate cab, my wife and son were standing on a lone highway with luggage. After 2-3 calls, these buggers even stopped picking calls. Finally wife returned back home for no cab arranged even after 2 hours. Quite naturally she missed her flight to hyderabad as there was no chance at all walking down or even taking a roadway bus to delhi by 5pm. Now when i calling these hopeless thieves for refund, they have stopped picking calls or even responding to my texts. I am not going to spare these. And report a complaint. Save yourself!! Wont spare you. U caused trouble to my little 3 year old son and wife. Was this information helpful? |
