Taxiforsure — DECEIVING THE CUSTOMER | |||
Dear Readers, One morning I booked a taxi at 9.45 a.m., one hour in advance. At 9.30, I received the details of the driver. 5 minutes later, the driver called me to know the exact location of the pick-up point, and I explained him my address. Sometime later, he called me to ask if I had CANCELLED the taxi. But I told him that I had NOT CANCELLED my booking, but my booking was erased from his device. So he told he couldn't come to pick me. I called TFS but they told that the same driver would come to pick me. So I recalled the driver to inform the same, but he told that he had been given pick-up for some other customer, so he couldn't drive me to my destination. He also told me that some new driver would come to pick me. But when no details came on my phone after 5 minutes, I called TFS and told them about what the driver told me. They told that some other driver would come for me, and sent me the details. And when it was already 10.00, and there was no sign of the new driver, I called him(the new driver) and he told that he would take 30 minutes more to reach my place. I was shocked and cancelled the booking immediately. I had not expected such deceit from TFS. I THINK 'OLA CAB' IS MUCH BETTER THAN TFS IN THIS RESPECT. Was this information helpful? | |||
