Hi I am one of the permanent customer of taxi for sure and this complaint I am filing this complaint after the 52nd trip of mine with the company. I hire taxi for sure almost every morning and evening for my office to home and home to office journey. Before I start my complaint I want to tell a few things about me. I am a one year old baby's working mother, who comes to the office day care with me and every time when I suffer, she suffers too. So, to avoid all kind of botheration and auto wala's chik chik, I prefer booking a cab for us. From past 12-15 bookings, I have got the most immature drivers and I have been back to back calling and complaining about it with the so called - Customer Care people and no improvement has been seen at all. The drivers are either unavailable, or not ready to come or in too much hurry or drunk (happened ones) and this has been happening without a failure from past 1--15 bookings. I literally have to beg off the customer care people to arrange a taxi for me as if they are doing me a favour. Let me just share the series of hassles I went through (and I have proves of all the discomforts they made me go through) : 1. The drivers everyday in a row cancel my booking. For the past 10-15 bookings I have not got any driver in one go. The company assigns a driver - I call the driver - driver cancels the booking - I call at the call center - They assign new driver - he cancels again - call again - assign new - driver cancels again and it goes on and on and on. 2. Driver while cancelling the booking gives lame excuses - I am far away, wont be able to come to pick you up please hire a new one. Far away is something like Kondapur and lingampally from Hafeezpet/Madeenaguda (my residential area) and Madhapur and Gachibowli from Inorbit Mall (my work place) Taxi for sure drivers made me realize 2kms is a long and uncover-able distance. Thanks for enlightening your customers. Driver winning prizes under this category are Mr. J Ravi ([protected]), Mr. J Harya ([protected]), Mr. G Krishna ([protected]), Mr. Yellesh ([protected]), Mr. Mohd. Ahmed ([protected]), Mr. Sudhakar Reddy ([protected]), Mr. P Narsimuliu ([protected]), Mr. Mudavath Dasuru ([protected]). 3. Drivers usually tell we have got another pick up so can't come to your pick up point and on my answer that you have been assigned to me, I have your name and number messaged with me the reply is Sorry I can't come because of another pick up in the opposite direction - Cancelling it. The only Driver winning in this category and this happened this very morning itself - Mr. Mohammed Hassan ([protected]). The twist in the story came when this person was the fourth driver in the series this morning who denied to come with one one other lame excuse. He said he got a new booking and as he has already been booked for me the new booking goes like - Kondapur to Madhapur to Hafeezpet. I realized that as the skillful drivers of Taxi for Sure have been hired by OLA, UBER and other few taxi providers so he is be-fooling me with the feeble excuse and has got a new and more fascinating (in terms of fare and booking count) booking. He clearly denied coming and I later got a message - Beep Beep.. Your taxi has arrived. I booked a cab for 9.45 in the morning and got this fake message at 10.30 by when I was already denied by the driver clearly. 4. The award in the category of Drunk Drivers goes to Mr. Kotha Srikanth Reddy ([protected]) 5. the most blunt and uncivic driver I got till date is - Mr. Mohd. Ahmed ([protected]) with whom I booked a cab for 6.15 and he reached the pick up point at 5.45 and left it at 6 speaking all the rubbish and insulting words of the world and saying he is getting late. I booked it for 6. 15 as I wanted it at 6.15, had I been wanting it at 5.45 I would have booked it for 5.45. Because of the driver's impatient, I reached the pick up point and 6.02 and for my surprise there was no cab waiting for me. He picked my call, after I frequently called him thrice and he said he cancelled the booking as I made him wait. I waited in the dark on the evening on 27th October with my one year old daughter, he day care bag, her teddy, my office laptop bag and my handbag. I already have registered a complaint against him with your customer service people. This morning my patience level smashed all its bar because I booked a cab for 9.45 as mentioned before but none of the driver's called me till 10.05. I called the first driver, his call was on wait, I called 3-4 times. He never respond. I called again and again as I was getting late for office, he finally picked and said I am at lingampally, can't come. I called the customer care again - assigned new - he denied - called again at the customer care - assigned new - denied again - called again - assigned new - denied again as his booking route was - 'as per his explanation' - Kondapur - Madhapur - Madeenaguda - Inorbit. A few questions to your customer care team whom I call at least 3-4 times every day - 1. Don't you check the GPS Location of your drivers before assigning them any bookig? 2. After complaining almost 100 (my daily basis call record at your customer care office proves that) why am I still facing the same issue again and again. Mentioning - Mam, we regret the inconvenience caused, We are sorry for the drivers behaviour, We will make sure this wont happen again does not make any difference in my routine of bookings and Why do I suffer the same thing every damn day and some times 5 times a day. 3. Why don't you check how many cab provider companies your drivers have registered with and why don't you ask them to cancel all of them because ultimately there this behaviour is defaming your company's name and making you lose many permanent customers like me. Trust me people like me literally want to block Taxi for sure and sue you guys forever. If you can't rectify all this, can you please shut your company as you are not doing anything except making people unhappy and messing up their lives with your most rude and irresponsible staff (be it the drivers or the customer care people who never take a stand against the drivers) ever. Would never book a cab from now and will try my best to take it to the most highest level possible. A big time Taxi For Sure Sufferer Sukhamrit !!
