I had the worst experience with Taxi for sure. I have been their regular users and always make bookings via phone. I have been receiving their offers and concessional fares if I make bookings through their application but still I prefer to do bookings on phone for better clarity and surity. But I had worst Experience on my booking for 21st feb early morning 3:45 am. I had made my booking done much before earlier during the day on 20th Feb at around 2:15pm. My booking was from Gandhinagar to Ahmedabad Railway station Kalupur. But I did not get any call from the Driver till 3:52 am, ( booking was for 3:45 am ). I called up the driver Dinesh Bhai Prajapati, [protected]. I was shocked to hear from him that he will take another 10 minutes to be at my place. I told him that I needed him to come immedietly as my Train departure schedule was 4:55 am. I asked him if he was localite and familiar with Gandhinagar routes, he replied he was new to Gandhinagar and was not familiar. When I again called the Driver he told me that he is feeling sleepy and wont be able to come. I called Taxi for Sure customer care and they assured me of arranging another cab in 10 minutes and I will get confirmation message in 2 min. When I did not get any message I called up Taxi for Sure customer care again and this time they told me that they dont have any cabs available and I need to arrange alternates. I was totally frustrated. I asked my wife if Tickets can be cancelled and she replied that its Tatkal bookings and their will be no refund. It was 4:10 by then. I decided to head to railway station on my two wheeler the last thing I wanted to do as I had my new born Son 2 months old and I did not want him to expose to cold in night. But I was left with no option and was not even sure I would be able to reach on time as it takes 40-50 min on road by two wheeler. I decided to take a chance and after I had Travelled around 2 kms I found a Ola cab standing on the way. The Ola Cab driver told me he had another booking but I explained him my situation and he was helpful and agreed to drop me to the station though he charged me 800 rs as against 350 normal charges. SInce then I have been calling Taxi for sure from last 3 days to speak to their manager but I have been repeatedly given false promises and despite my over 20 phone calls to them have not received any response from them.
