My name is vikram kuthiala and i am registered with taxsmile with the name vikram1970. I have paid over rs 1800 to taxsmile for filing my return. After submitting all my data they have stopped responding to my mail. They have not submitted my IT return. The contact number does not respond for hours, there live chat is always offline.
