[Resolved]  Taxsmile — Refund pending from taxsmile

Hi Team, I was filing the tax for 2013 year in TaxSmile.com. for filing last year's tax it prompting for 281 rupees. I have done the transaction by online and the amount 281 got debited from my account. But the filing process was not completed and suddenly showed some error. I have tried for three times but still money debited from my account three times without completion of the filing process. I have called up the customer care and they told me to send the mail.Even so many mails have sent out. But no response at all. Could someone please help me out on this. I need my money 281+281+281 should be refunded from TaxSmile. Thanks, Saranya
