Taxspanner — Paid for efiling services and was cheated.

I paid over Rs 900 for efiling services they stopped responding to my emails and their customer care number doesnt work. Till i made payments there was communication, after payments they absconded. I am unable to reach them. They are big fraudsters, i cant believe this scam. How are they still functioning? Strict action needsto be taken.

I too faced the same experience today, there was no one attending their customer care number although it looked like they had provided us dedicated individual. after many mails since yesterday, a certain ca mukesh kumar calls and speaks very rudely. it looked like they have outsourced the filings to random people.
