I have purchased a Rock Gym Paying Telebuy for 7, 500 Rs. on[protected]Invoice Number : HD1617/41409), with a warrenty of 1 year. On[protected], one of the Elastic strings which basically provides the resistance for doing exercise for legs and thighs broke. I raised a complaint on 09-Dec-2016 and has been following up since then. Telebuy simply closed the set of tickets which I raised. When I asked them why they closed the complaints they simply said that they do not have the spare parts to be replaced. If they do not have spare parts what is the point of mentioning the warrenty, and why should the customer pay for this item ? Below are the complaint numbers, which I raised from 09-Dec-2016 and they closed with out this being fixed. I am not sure how many of them are still open though, but my experience is really bad with these folks. Never buy any items from them. I spoke to them on 14 th of Jan, 2017 and they said to give them time till 18-Jan-2017 as a final date to fix this and no one attended this nor any call back till this date.
