[Resolved]  Tci Xps — unruly staff behaviour and delay in receiving consignment.

I had a consignment of 64 cartons coming from Delhi to Kolkata vide Dwb:[protected] which had reached Kolkata on 12.08.2018. After several enquiries on over 10 phone numbers my consignment could be tracked at Dankuni. The staff on 12th aug told me it would be delivered on 13th aug and asked me for payment on delivery either cash or cheque. On 13th aug I was said the stock would be delivered on 14th aug by the first half positively. On 14th morning after about 50 calls I was told it would reach at 12pm. At about 1:30 again after 35-40 more calls I was connected to the Dankuni office who told me that since the lady who assured me delivery today has not come to work I shall not be getting the stock today and will get it only on or after 16th August.
I have been telling in each phone call to all your representatives that the consignment contains Dog Food which will get damaged in transit if kept under sunlight or rain or packed for a long period. Instead of paying heed to my grivienaces your manager chose to talk to me in the worst possible manner and has directly on my face told me two days in a row that he is at lunch and I need to call him later. Unfortunately he never answers my call when I call him later. He answered today and kept my call midway and on the other number someone else answered my call and handed over the phone to him. I clearly told him that I need my consignment today at any cost and he chose to be rude and said once again he is at lunch and disconnected not bothering to answer my calls after that.
I had kept my labourers waiting since morning to unload the stocks and had given committements to my customers.
This unruly and unprofessional behaviour is not at all expected from officers of such a reputed and listed company. I want a solution to my problem or else shall move to the consumer forum with immediate effect.
