Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your attention, we had purchased the Subject Model # TCL-32R300 TV, from one of the reputed outlet in Mumbai dated, 21/11/18. However it stopped working on Thursday 05/04/19 (Less than 5 Months from date of purchase) and the TV wouldn't turn ON, my mother called the Service Center (Phone # used for complain - [protected]) and she was informed the Technician will come, he came on Saturday (06/04/2019) and my family was informed that there was something faulty which required to be replaced and it would take 10 days to repair it.
My Concern here are listed below,
1st - Faulty Product
2nd - Repair Time Frame not acceptable
3rd - No Proper Online Support (Email copies attached)
4th - No Follow-up
Attached below are Invoice, Warinty Card and Email copy to the service center.
Looking forward for the TV to be fixed at the earliest and compensation against the overall time taken and mental stress talking to the service center and back and forth emails with no reply.
Overall a very bad experience with TCL (India)
