Tcl Holdings — led tv not repaired which is warranty period

Dear sir
With most respectfully it is to inform you that i have purchased a new new 40"tcl android smart led tv last year 15/04/2019, from digi1, virar east,
Product details-
Tcl led40" smart 40s6500fs
Suddenly the tv 's display has been dead from last month 20/5/20, that time i was raised the several complaint s to the shop & customer service, my complaint no is in[protected], in [protected] they have confirmed that the service engineer will come within a week but not yet reached for repairing.
In this regarding when i call to the customer care & service center mis nidhi, sathi (Nidhi mobile no [protected], [protected]) but they are wrong behaviour with me.
So i request you please take the necessary action.
