After many phone call & complaints TCL said that they will replace the TV. It had been 1 months now & still i haven't got any TV. Ever time TCL's area manager gives a new date for the replacement but still there is no replacement or solution to the issue. TCL has been very negligent & lingering the issue for last 1 months... i
