Tcl Holdings — power supply board replacement

I have purchased 43 inches 4k smart tv on 7/5/19.. Just 2 days using tv not switch on. I raised complaint so many times after week technician is come due to supply board fail problem was araised. It will be replaced with in 4 days new supply board will be replaced tell by technician. But upto 2 months completed. He is not respond till now. I was calling customer care. It will be clear just 2days. But 50days completed no body cannot responsed until now. We r very very much disappointed due to negligence of tcl service. We r planning to go for consumer court for irresponsible of tcl. Our children r very much suffering from this. So pls send supply board replacement urgently. P. Sudhir — [protected].
