Hi,
I purchased TCL 65 inches TV.
Service engineer raised request for parts replacement on 22nd aug 2022.
After one week, again one more request raised for tv replacement because no parts available .
After somany followups and escalation, 40th day I got number of regional manager and he proposed option replacement with iffalcon 65 inches .i agreed the same because he also not sure when TCL same brand 65 inch tv will replace .
TV reached samvitha enterprise vijayawada on 4th oct '2022 till today they didn't delever tv to my home.
TCL such a worst service support and no proper escalation hierarchy .Really fed up ..TCL makes customers to beggars (because somany followups customers need to do with service team).
Any one help me how can I sort out my issue ..
Requesting all don't purchase TCL brand .
