I have bought TCL 55 inch tv costing 60k in July, with in three months in November it's motherboard got damaged and tv is not working. I have registered the complaint to customer care but they are not rectified my problem since it's been one month. They are saying one more week for every time I am calling to them. They are saying the part should come from abroad but they have given the last date as December 10 but it's already expired. Now I am totally helpless i can't able to understand what to do . It's been one month i have seen tv and I am in depression due to the situation. Working hard in office coming home but without tv i am getting depression so please solve my issue or refund my money so that I wil not again but such worst company tv
